In 1996 Robert Pruitt receives a call from his father which would take his breath away and forever change his life. At twenty-nine, he is unemployed, healing from a divorce and has just become his father’s caretaker. As the days drag along painfully moving him closer to his father’s death from cancer, he is tormented by the finality of life and the uncertainty of what the next moment would offer. Relying on his journaling he deepens his relationship with God and prays for the strength to let go and say, “It is well with my soul!” Fourteen years later Robert has traded in his pen and paper and journals via electronic media! He welcomes the addition of personal stories from family, friends and strangers he meets. Robert believes this collective experience will promote healing!!!
