[She steps onto the ice shakily] I’ve always been focused on my dancing, so I’ve never really had time for a relationship before. Now that I’m taking the time to go to college I think I actually might like to try it, but only if I have real feelings for someone. [she slips a little but catches herself] These people make this look easy…

Real feelings would be good. [He laughs again] Woah there, careful. I'm pretty sure more of them also have had more practice.

[Nods thoughtfully as they walk] That’s beautiful I think.

Really? Most people think it’s kind of odd at my age. Since most 20 year olds are more of the party first types. What about you? Are you a romantic? [She nudges his arm with a teasing smile]

[robertstclaire]

I suppose I've always been more focused on work... [he smiled as they stepped onto the ice] I mean, I do plan on settling down eventually but I've never really thought about it I guess.

[robertstclaire]

[Waits for her before getting skates] Do you think you’ve got the same luck?

[valentine-durant]

I would hope so. I’ve always been a bit of a romantic, if I’m honest. I’d be so happy to have a love like my parents one day. [she gets her skates and starts walking towards the rink]

[Nods thoughtfully as they walk] That's beautiful I think.

I’m lucky. My parent’s have always been madly in love. [She smiles and turns to the skate rental guy] Size 6 please.

My parent’s were married on Valentine’s day, so they decided it would be a good luck charm. [Laughs and blushes] Thank you, Robert. Lovely to meet you, too.

[She smiles] What a generous offer! Though, I will probably go down with you, but at least our embarrassment will be shared, no?

I do, but I also don’t want to embarrass myself. You’d think with being a dancer I’d be more confident about it, right? But no.

Well in all honesty, I haven’t gone ice skating since I was a child… but yes, I suppose so?
