I parcially get that toby doesn't waht that his vision get lost with a translation but most people are ignoring that translation teams don't simply assume stuff before doing their job, there's communication between the team and the creator And neither undertale nor deltarune are games with a ultra complex history that need to have the most perfect localization to align with the original vision

Of course that toby doesn't hate latinos, but a lot of the stuff he said and did regarding this drama could be better, especially considering that latinos are big part of the undertale and deltarune And even though some people are certainly going to far saying toby is racist, it's good that latinos are accepting less and less the lack of translation/localization for our languages. I just wish that there's more nuance in this whole situation that isn't "Latinos are overreacting and localization isn't important and english & japanese are to norm for rpg games" nor "Toby fox is racist and hate latinos countrys"
