Im so proud of how far Ive come. HW 450 to SW 405 to CW 278.. 78lbs to goal. Almost 11 months out from RNY. This time last year I couldnt walk 10 ft without dying, I couldn't walk through walmart without being in tears from back pain and my body was holding so much fluid I felt like I was suffocating. Now I can run at 4mph on a treadmill for almost 20 minutes straight, I joined the local womens football team and I love it,I have one of the best support systems imaginable. I can do so many things I never imagined.
