He’d finally managed to get his hands on a warp ring. So he could leave the zone. 

However, there was one thing he wanted to do first- and that was get back at Blaze. 

He felt that, since he was technically a pirate despite not being part of a crew anymore, that he should go about it in a pirate way.

That involved breaking into Blaze’s place of residence, and stealing the first valuable, shiny-looking object that he could find, and then warping off with it. To add insult to injury he didn’t even plan it. No stealth. He wanted to get her attention, to make her mad, under the assumption that Blaze was not in possession of a warp ring like he was.

              “Well, that just won’t do.” Said Blaze, as she spoke to some of the council. She no longer lived in the castle, but her home was taken away from her as well. She was here on business and she was living somewhere that, honestly, only a few people knew of. It was even in another dimension. “I’m not going to agree to your ridiculous concept of — “

                 She stopped — her ears twitched. “Did you men here that?” She asked. Some nodded ‘yes’, while the others declined hearing anything. “Don’t move.” She ordered, despite the fact that they probably wouldn’t listen. “I’m going to investigate.”

However, he also wasn't patient. He had half a mind to merely leave without a trace, but he didn't. That would merely take all the fun out of this little expedition. he wanted to see the anger on Blaze's face, wanted her to know who committed the theft. He hadn't even payed any attention to what he'd grabbed, because it wasn't about that- it was about Blaze, the fiery princess he'd come to so dislike.
