Reunion || Ariana & Rival
His mother had sent him a message, it was in her handwriting and sealed in ink which made it more notable and creditable. Rival had to be careful when addressing these things- but she also used his real name which made him sure that this was her.Â
Rocket leader Executive Ariana was back in Kanto.
She told him of her return and wished to see her baby boy again, and in the letter she seemed real excited too. But he would have to go into the base to see her, not like that really affected himâ the whole entire rocket clan seemed to properly love him even though he was excommunicated by his father all those years ago. So it would be easy for him to get inside of the base and see her.
Scurrying inside of the base he began to move around, not wanting to be noticed he found the meeting location. Ariana didnât seem to be there yet so he waited for her, hoping that this wasnât some trap for assassination or whatever.
Leaning against the wall he heard the shuffle of feet, fleeting soldiers, yep team rocket was still on the move. While he still was trying to find the basis if he should accept who he really was, or keep denying it for the rest of his life. Butâ what room was this? It looked like a break room, of course, not many rockets got breaks except for the executives.
He checked the clock, he was spot on time. But his mother was probably trying to clear up some things, heâd wait. Rival was patient to see his mother again, the boy had missed her dearly.
Ariana had been held up in her office with paper work, it was literally her least favorite thing to do. Like ever. The woman had received word that her letter was delivered safely to her son, Kamon. Upon her return she was filling out the paper work needed to secure her rank once more. Though her vacation was over, it was mostly spent with her mother in Cianwood.Â
A grunt knocked on her door and she allowed them to enter. "come in." she looked up to see a grunt, plain as ever. Nothing special in the slightest.Â
"hm?" she raised her eyebrows at him curiously. "what is it?"Â
The grunt looked flustered at her demanding voice, it was naturally like that though. Her mother had a gentle voice, but it clearly had seen some things before, causing it to seem rough at first. It was possible he voice was similar to her fathers, whoever he was.
"R-Rival.. he's in the lounge.. I saw his hair when i walked past it."Â The woman pushed away from her desk and pushed past the grunt. "You better have a good reason for being in the break room." she hissed at the unnamed grunt but she was soon out of view.Â
The lounge was on the same floor as her office so the woman was there almost instantly. "Kamon?--!" she practically burst into the room.he was there, her son, and no one was going to take him away from her, Giovanni wasn't here to stop her from being reunited with him.
