《真希望我二十歲就懂的事》《 What I Wish I Knew When I Was 20》

(Compensation, learning, development, social mission fulfillment, or any thing you think it matters)被消費者(Employer)所購買(Getting the offer), 試問, 你將如何develop一份可實行的strategic plan?
Company/ Product (你自己)
Your personal vision and aspiration
- What’s your personal value toward life and work (人生的價值觀)? - What you want to achieve in the future? - What you want to accomplish 3 or 5 years from now? - What are your most ideal job and working environment?
Your competitive advantage
- What are your capabilities and expertise (ex: MS excel, financial modeling, computer language, arts…etc.)? - What have you done in your college life (ex: internship, 社團活動, project, business case or science competition…etc.)? - What is your main difference compare to others? Why employer would interview/ hire you?
Market landscape: What are the vertical sectors out there, not only in Taiwan but the whole world (and they have opened opportunity to fresh)?
1. 科技業: 硬體(consumer electronics, manufacturing), 軟體(software solution provider, APP), 網路(internet, browsers, online advertising) 2. 顧問業: Management consulting, operational consulting, IT consulting, HR consulting 3.
- What are the main players in the market (not only in Taiwan, but the whole world)?
- What are the companies that have “Graduate program” or “MA program” (儲備幹部計畫) or open opportunity to fresh students?
Ex: P&G trainee program, IBM trainee program, 太古汽車 MA program, UNIQLO MA program, Banking MA program…etc.
- What are the companies looking for?
- What are the job information sites? Ex: 104 job bank, AIESEC global internship program, LinkedIn, Facebook (We Student, 朋友PO文), 各大學職涯發展中心, BBS, Glassdoor, Wetfeet, Valut…etc.
- How can I access to those recruiters/ employee who are currently working at my targeted companies?
- Who are potentially your competitors? - How can you ensure you can stand out from the pool?
