27. Watch the must see films... To help me with this one I've brought a book called "1001 movies you must see before you die". After flicking through this book I've found that I literally have heard of about 10% of the films and watched maybe 1%. Most seem very arty or foreign. And according to this book there's more must see films from the 60's then has been made over the last 20years. Ever way, I'm not going to be able to watch every single film from this book over the next three years but here's a few I'm going to start with... Breakfast at Tiffany's The Graduate Jaws Life of Brian Airplane! Raiders of the Lost Ark A nightmare on Elm Street Back to the Future Top Gun Groundhog Day The Usual Suspects Saving Private Ryan FightClub Star Wars I'll write up a few reviews on the films as and when I watch them and give you guys my thoughts. Tickets are booked! Dress shopping begins... Paris here I come! #Rogue #BucketList #30ThingsToDoBefore30 #MoulinRouge
1 . Run a marathon This is definitely going to be a lengthy one to achieve so I best start with getting back into running. I made a start on Saturday and have since completed another two runs. They all resulted in me getting out of breath quickly and getting very sweaty. What the fuck, Iâm 27 and have got the fitness level of a pensioner. A really old one. One that has smoked for years and drinks anything and everything they can get their hands on. By Christmas I want to be able to run 5k. Wish me luck. 17 . See a show at the Moulin Rouge Flights are booked. Mid November. Autumn in Paris. Here I come! Apart from booking the tickets, there isnât much more planning with this one, however, I do have my eye on a nice new dress.... 15 . Build a Gingerbread House As all the batshit crazy people on Facebook like to kindly keep reminding me, it's 13/14weeks till Christmas and whatâs Christmas without a gingerbread house?? Well, that would be all of my Christmasâs! The only reason itâs on my list is because I've never tried one before. So, Iâm getting my research on and this house is going to be INCREDIBLE!! Just you wait! 27. Watch the must see films. Everyoneâs had that moment when someone says to you âhow have you never seen that film?â or âwhere have you been?â. This is the reaction I normally get. Alright, chill out love, apparently Iâve been in a very minimal TV bubble my whole life. Most classic films everyone seems to know and love, I've never watched. For example; Star Wars, Pulp Fiction, Indiana Jones, The Goonies, and thatâs just a few off of the top of my head! So I think this is a nice task to start now. Iâm going to start some research, write a list of all those must see films and start having a regular movie night. Hopefully I can start (and maybe complete), all the above before Christmas, let see how I get on.... #30thingstodobefore30 #Rogue #BucketListAdventures
For those of you who know nothing about me, Iâll let you in on a little secret; I leave EVERYTHING to the veeery last minute. I was that kid in school who was rushing their coursework the night before the day it was due, after missing the first (and second) deadline. Iâm the girl who jumps in the shower 5 minutes before sheâs due to be somewhere and Iâm the person whoâs still packing her suitcase for their holiday right up until Iâm physically made to leave the house because âwe're going to miss the flightâ. Seriously, Iâm yet to miss a flight, so waiting a few minutes to pack a few extra things doesnât seem like a big deal to me but hey, thatâs the world I live in. So, to save me waiting until my 29th year and having the whole list to complete, Iâm going to make a start on a few of the tasks now. Lets start breaking this list down a bit. After a little bit of thinking where best to start, Iâve decided to try and start some of the tasks that will take a while to complete as well as a few that shouldn't take too long. #30thingstodobefore30 #Rogue
1. Run a marathon. Where best to start my list with the first task. Granted in no where near running any marathons but best start then getting back into running. Starting from square one and take baby steps, I'm embarrassed to say that this run actually made me out of breath đ am I seriously that unfit!! Looks like it's got a long way to go. I'm aiming to do at least three runs a week and to be able to do 5k in 30 minutes by Christmas. Wish me luck! Rogue x #BucketListAdventures #30thingstodobefore30 #Rogue #BabySteps #5ktraining

30 Things to do before I'm 30
Adulthood is where dreams go to die. Grow up, get a job, become a drone. That's it. Then it's over. Society just wants to put everyone in a box. Well, guess what, society. There is no box. 'Cause, I mean, if I thought the rest of my life would be spent as a mindless cog in a machine, I swear, I'd just get a tattoo across my face that says: "Really, man?" Just need to figure out a way of growing up without becoming a boring adult. - GirlBoss, Netflix
Wake up, go to work, watch TV, sleep... repeat. That ladies and gentleman, is my life. I woke one day and suddenly realised that I've turned into a boring adult. I look at myself in the mirror and hardly recognise the person staring right back. One minute I'm 21, partying, traveling and loving life. Now I'm 27, in bed by 10 and wondering if it's worth washing my hair. I'm sorry to say that most of the time, it's a no. I'm sick and tired of this feeling, so I've decided to write a list of 30 things to do before the big 3 0. I want to push my limits, try new things and start living a little bit more.1. Run a Marathon2. Skydive3. Hold a spider4. Be an extra in a film or TV programme5. Go to an outdoor cinema6. Try a space brownie7. Drive a tractor8. Go wine tasting9. Go to a music festival10. Shoot a gun11. Go skinny dipping12. Hike up a mountain13. Donate blood14. Have a coke float15. Build a gingerbread house16. Milk a cow17. See a show at the Moulin Rouge18. Go to Badminton Horse trials19. Knit something20. Have afternoon tea at the Ritz21. Go on a hot air balloon22. Buy a leather jacket23. Get a tattoo24. Learn how to pole dance25. Learn to Surf26. Dye my hair27. Watch the must see films28. Go see Rocky Horror show in theatre29. Go to a chocolate factory30. Have a mud bath spa treatment
I've got three years to complete all of the above, roughly a task a month. Some tasks won't take much time to complete, as for others will require some training (and saving). Today I'm starting my adventures by setting up this blog and sharing my experiences, both the preparations and hopefully, completion of, my list.Â
Enjoy
