Also, ya girl run a sub 30 minute 5k! This was a few runs ago and I’m although this is still my best time, I’m consistently getting similar figures. I don’t know where the sudden boost came from, but I’ve been trying to get to this for the past 5 years. On to the next goal!

Short run today before work. Today is the first time I'm on a late shift so I had some time to spare in the morning. :)
Little Challenge this month
I'm turning 30 this month, so I'll try to run either 30 km or 30 miles (48 km).

Messed up the first post haha. Went to the bostwick ymca today for a change. Been wanting to check it out and wow am I glad I did! It's beautiful! So many racks too! Felt bored, might sign up for a race later 💁🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️ But seriously, I haven’t been happy with my running times so I decided it was time to get back on a plan, so I’m using my the garmin 5k training plan that came with my watch to hopefully get back down to the time I was running last year.
My goal race is the Ebensburg Turkey Trot because I would love to place two years in a row, and I know that if I don’t get my butt in gear it’s not going to happen.
A training plan is a good way for me to keep myself on track and to motivate myself and it helps that it is already programmed into my running watch!
I hope that I can keep pushing myself in the right direction and get back to where I was!
