You can’t miss a sign from God. It will get louder & louder until you get it.
Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can
A missstep is not a failure
Dont go backwards and don’t give up 🤍
you've gotta be kind to yourself no matter what
this is twice as true in the winter
the world isn't ending and you don't need to kill yourself it's literally december. it's december. and you need to be nice to yourself.
Lust expires. Get you someone that prays for you and that actually loves you!
Every woman’s home should have a designated evening or nighttime ritual, a special time when anyone who shares the house logs off social media, turns off TVs, phones, and Wi-Fi, and intentionally prepares their bodies for care or deep rest. This is a sacred time for deeper connection to what is most meaningful: gentle movement like yoga or stretching, a warm bath, slow, sensuous breathwork, a good book, or heart-connected intimacy. Of course there may be discrepancies for those who work late, but overall, this is the time to essentially honor and respect the pathway to healthy female physiology.
Lights dimmed. Very little blue light. Candles glowing. Warm tea. Music playing from a turntable or record player, or just silence or low conversation. .
Technology is an energy that drains and disregulates female bodies, impairing sleep and hormones over time. When women ask me how to have painless periods or an easeful transition into menopause, it is intentional rituals of presence, rest, and self-care that make a profound difference in our female cycles and long-term well-being. I have counseled women that they must be willing to change their whole lives and build new habits and patterns from the ground floor. Systemic lifestyle changes are required, not just the occasional indulgence of "self-care" with a pink "bath bomb." True healthy support for female physiology comes from building habits and environments that reinforce rest, natural rhythms, and intentional presence. It is nervous-system–down-shifting moments and dopamine-resetting acts like the above that make huge differences in our cortisol, belly size, digestion, monthly cycles, and menopause.. It’s important that we deeply honor the female body, and how we were divinely made to function best. And everyone around us has to care as well. This is law.

take God everywhere you go and if you can't take God, don’t go.
