To set up a corflute bollard for print, download our template and place your artwork in the top 'Artwork' Layer as shown above.

Save out as a PDF, ensuring:

- CMYK Colour mode with all fonts outlined and images embedded - 3mm bleed (extend the colour/design3mm beyond the pink line) - High resolution images used - if your images look pixelated on your screen - it will print that way 🙂 We recommend simply purchasing the highest size stock image. 300dpi is recommended.

For the best outcome, use professional design software or hire a designer to set the artwork up for you.

What size corflute bollards can I print?

We produce bollards in two standard sizes:

- 270mm x 1000mm - 300mm x 1200mm

Custom sizes available on request.

What material is corflute made of?

Corflute, or corrugated plastic, is a material made of corrugated polypropylene. It is a light weight yet sturdy signage option ideal for outdoor usage. We print on UV rated inks (up to 3 yrs outdoors). Corflute can also be custom cut to most shapes and printed 1 or 2 sides.

PUR Bound Book Printing - professional books with glued spine

PUR Bound books are outstanding solution for volume run books over approx. 80+ printed pages, with a durable glued spine and option to have a design / text on the spine, especially for larger page counts. These books are ideal for novels, paperback books, yearbooks, research publications, journals, annual reports, and more.

We can produce PUR bound books in a range of stocks and finishes.

What is PUR Binding?

PUR bound books use a flexible adhesive called polyurethane resin (PUR) that bind together trimmed pages with an outer cover spread. Unlike traditional perfect binding EVA glue, PUR adhesive is a far stronger bond.

Which Binding Option is Best?

We produce books both PUR Bound, as well as saddle stitched. As to which option is better comes down to a few factors.

PUR bound (glued spine) books are ideal for:

- Page counts 80pp and over - Larger quantities - Longer turnarounds (usual turnaround from print ready artwork provision and quote approval, is 7-10 business days) - Books that do not need to lay flat - such as novels, reports, portfolios, catalogues - Books that need to be long lasting - Books where staples on the spine are not desired, and a more traditional looking glue bound book is required.

Saddle Stitching (stapled spine) books are ideal for:

- Page counts up to or below 80pp - Budget conscious projects - Low quantities - Fast turnaround requirements (depending on specs, these can be produced in as little as 1 business day) - Books that need to lay / open up more flat. How to set up a PUR Bound book for print

When it comes to the set up of these books, there is special consideration required for the covers and the first and last pages. This is due to how the book is produced and the need for Ink free, or glue trap margins (white/no colour areas), to ensure the glue binds to the stock on the spine and cover hinges. The spine width will need to be calculated based on stock and page count, and the covers outside and inside are to be supplied as a spread with ink free areas.

What materials are ring binders made of?

Standard binders are generally made from durable and tough PVC or polypropylene with clear pockets on the covers or internal pockets, which can be fully encapsulated.

We can also produce custom wrapped binders that are made of a board lined with with full CMYK printed celloglazed sheets or buckram (buckram can be full CMYK print, or foiled). The print can be lined both outside and inside the folder.

How much are custom ring binders?

Cost will vary based on few factors including:

- Total quantity - Size of the folder (A5, A4, A3 landscape or portrait, etc) - How many rings (2, 3, 4 or lever arch etc) - Round or D shaped ring - Type of cover (full wrap one or both sides, sheet insert, encapsulated, etc). - Spine size/internal capacity (i.e. 16mm, 20mm, 30mm etc)

Sometimes it's just better to let the shelf do the talking!

Shelf Talkers or Wobblers are a great way to have your brand really stand out from crowded shelves and say 'Here I am!'

Shelf Talkers or Wobblers are fantastic offline marketing tools.

They are impactful both on shelves, and as an attention grabber on a POS display.

What are shelf wobblers? Shelf wobblers are printed items usually die cut to a circle or custom shape, with double sided tape applied to the stem. This allows the item to be placed directly onto shelves and surfaces, that then 'wobble', or protrude out further than a flat print item would. They are a low cost and high impact P.O.S option. What is the difference between a shelf talker and a wobbler? Both are similar products. A shelf wobbler will generally have the double sided tape applied to the front of the stem to allow for the 'wobble' effect. Whereas talkers would have this applied to the back, or no stem, and instead have a cut out, or simple score, to then attach to a shelf edge. What size are shelf wobblers?

A 'standard' wobbler or talker is 210mmx98mm (including the stem). However you can choose any size you need. We would recommend first measuring the area they need to go, so your product will correctly fit.

What stock are wobblers printed on? We recommend these are printed on durable and waterproof synthetic stock as as Yupo or Digituff. However, we can print on paper based stocks if requested. What shape can wobblers be cut to?

We can print and die cut to any shape or dieline in your provided artwork. Common shapes are circle and rectangle, as shown on the gallery on this page.

A sheet of corflute or foamboard is 2400mm x 1200mm, so we can cut to any size within this sheet. However common sizes we print selfie board on are:
