Cutting-Shredding Body-Fat
One of the best ways to get lean is to increase your muscle mass. The more mass on your body, the easier it will be to burn calories and create a deficit which will force your body to pull from its fat stores. An interesting note about body-fat or what scientists like to call, “adipocytes”, is that adipocytes like aromatase. They house it and help produce it. Does that mean the fatter you are, the more estrogen your body will convert from the anabolic steroids you use? Probably.
In any case, body-fat and estrogen are good buddies. We want to disrupt their relationship as much as possible so that we can get both of them to move out of our space. Our rental space where we keep our shredded muscle and veins. After all, muscle just doesn’t look as good when it has layers of fat and water over it. No veins, no sharp division between muscle groups, no abs, no girls and no head turns.
Fat-loss is something I know a tremendous deal about, from both background knowledge from school and applied knowledge on myself, hundreds of clients, and many friends. Fat loss with the aid of juice is something I know even more about.
Alright friends, how do we use juice to help us get shredded. Well, continuing with our point from above about estrogen and body-fat, we want to create an environment and metabolism that has very little of both. Enter non-aromatizing anabolic steroids.
Here are your primary choices:
Trenbolone
Primobolan
Winstrol
Masteron
Secondary choices
(these drugs sometimes aromatize slightly depending on your genes, but usually not enough to make them inefficient dieting drugs)
Halotestin
Equipoise
Deca Durabolin
The possible drug combinations for a legitimate cutting cycle are numerous. One of the best ways to go about a good cutting cycle is to plan out the weeks ahead. If you are a competitive physique athlete, you know how to do this, if you aren’t this might be a little new.
You can keep some drugs in the program that do aromatize. At least, in the beginning. Lets say you plan on dieting for ten weeks. For the first four, you can still use aromatizing anabolics. You won’t know for sure until you’ve attempted to get lean with drugs a few times over. The less prone you are to estrogenic side affects and water bloat, the longer you can use aromatizing drugs in your cutting arsenal.
If you are very susceptible to these effects, you will have to use non-aromatizing androgens for the entire course along with anti-estrogens in order to maximize the rate and extent of your fat-loss. Nobody wants slow fat loss. Especially when dieting strictly and correctly. We are battling hormones as well as general calories.
In many cases where people have difficulty with estrogen, they have difficulty with fat loss. Whether you are susceptible or not, here is the quickest way to lose body-fat with the assistance of anabolic steroids.
First, you need to find your ant-estrogens. I would use at least two, one from each main category, even if you do not typically struggle with water and estrogen while juicing.
My recommendations are Proviron, and Arimidex if you are not susceptible, and if you are, Proviron and Nolvadex. The difference is that both Proviron and Arimidex will wipe out the aromatase enzyme where nolvadex occupies the receptor site and blocks the estrogen molecules from hooking up with the receptor. If you are susceptible, you always have a decent amount of estrogen floating around and you will need a drug that immediately blocks estrogen from wreaking havoc on your physique-Nolvadex.
If you are not susceptible, you just want to make sure that whatever little estrogen you have in your system stays low to non-existent. You do this by taking anti-estrogens that kill the maker of estrogen, the aromatase enzyme. Arimidex is excellent for binding up this enzyme.
Okay, we have our anti-estrogens in place, back to juice. Trenbolone is great. As potent as Test and no estrogen or water. Great retention of your hard eared strength and muscle mass as well. Just over 200mg a week of any form should do it. Over 400mg would be unnecessary. Tren usually comes in 75mg strength, give or take a few milligrams. So you will need a minimum of three cc’s a week and upwards of five.
Equipoise is great at around 400mg a week if you are not susceptible to estrogenic effects. With the previous mentioned anti-estrogens, you will probably not have to worry. The Equipoise adds a nice vascularity enhancing component to your cycle. Your veins should come out more and more as you get lean and will be accentuated by the Equipoise. The nitrogen retaining affect will also help protect your muscle tissue as you add more cardio and decrease your calories.
Anavar works great to aid in strength retention. The more strength you retain while dieting, the less muscle you lose. Anavar has also been shown in studies to specifically aid fat-loss from the intra-abdominal region. It is also associated with an increase in cholesterol profile, raising your HDLs (good cholesterol) and lowering your LDLs (bad cholesterol). Don’t forget the creatine phosphate storage effect of the anavar. This will help keep your muscle bellies a little more full so that you don’t have that flat muscle look as you decrease your carbs. Anavar is a little tough to find sometimes but it is worth it. A decently high dose is needed to get this affect when dieting. At least 15mg and preferably between 20-30mg per day while dieting.
Oral Winstrol is great when dieting if you can afford to take enough. Around 30-50mg per day will greatly enhance your body’s ability to retain muscle at the expense of burning body-fat. Realize, I did not say Winstrol will burn body-fat. It will help shift your metabolism in favor of fat-loss. If you diet well and do your cardio, the Winstrol will aid your body in allowing the deficit of calories to only be pulled from fat, and not muscle.
Realize that there are two orals in this dieting regimen. This is just an example. You can pick any number of combos. Just be sure to give it thought by way of drug mechanism of action, and interaction (synergy) as we’ve said before. The above example is a great cutting regimen for general purposes. Two orals ran together at a sane dosage for ten weeks once or twice a year should be fine on your liver, as long as you are respecting your liver the rest of the year. I am not talking about those who go out drinking three nights a week while trying to get lean. If you are going to do this at all, reserve your liver for filtering drugs that have a purpose. Remember that this is hypothetical and for information purposes only.
Not a bad direction on the subject, but I must help emphasis that yes aromatization is depended on booth genetics and inherent leaness.
HGH Growth Hormone as a Bodybuilding Enhancement Drug
Human growth hormone (HGH) has been used by bodybuilders for years to promote physical enhancement and while we are not promoters in the use of HGH as a bodybuilding drug or therapy; medically speaking we receive enquiries from patients that need our professional guidance regarding the application and uses of HGH on bodybuilding.
After puberty as we all know, your body stops growing new muscle cells. The number of muscle cells you have for the rest of your life is genetic, and the most you can do is increase the size of these cells through weight training or steroids. However, as we don’t agree the use of steroids is the appropriate method medically speaking to increase these cells; we suggest HGH treatment. You can actually grow new muscle cells and tissue when on a set HGH therapy program without the unwanted side effect; thus allowing you to reverse those genetic pre-dispositions and achieve an ideal muscle density and mass.
Human growth hormone raises your metabolism, causing you to burn fat; but to increase weight. Who and why? Well the weight that you will gain while taking HGH is weight built from lean muscle and unlike any steroid, the weight gain from HGH is slow… normal weight gains are in the region of one to two pounds of lean muscle every two to three weeks. This is in contrast to that of steroids, of which you gain mostly water weight. When on HGH / human growth hormone, you gain only lean muscle mass and in-turn dictates your body to burn your fat for energy. Thus, body builders can eat a lot of food when necessary and not gain un-wanted weight from fats in your diet or food.
HGH used as a body building drug increases lean body mass, shortens your recovery time between workouts, and enhances your overall performance. It also has a lower risk of detection than other performance-enhancing drugs; although recently discoveries are being made to combat the use of HGH in competitive competitions globally. HGH strengthens joints, ligaments and heals damaged tissue; other body building benefits include increased ability of protein synthesis, an increase in the amount of insulin a person can use effectively, and an increase in the amount of anabolic steroids a person can use effectively (which we don’t approve of).
One myth we need to clear up is that the use of human growth hormone in bodybuilding will cause an extended belly. Extended belly is not actually caused by HGH therapy itself; but rather caused by too frequent interval doses at too high a level of somatropin when being injected. If you take HGH as directed by a professional physician, it will not cause dis-figurement.
Human growth hormone increases strength, promotes healthy weight gain, promotes fat loss, and decreases muscle loss during off periods. The side effects of using HGH as a body building drug are minimal and rare. Also HGH will not cause abnormal bone growth or Acromegalia as many have suggested, our research has found that after a person’s period of natural growth in childhood ends, the ends of their bones fuse and quit growing, thus eliminating the possibility o acromegaly.
Training:
You want to first attempt to stimulate the process of naturally releasing HGH in your training. Working out and putting your body under extreme stress, intense workouts, energy-consuming events and long periods of physical exhaustion are keys in releasing sufficient amounts of natural Growth Hormone.
This most potent kind of GH release is the targeted goal to meet the demands of the bodybuilder. You have to work out to gain muscle mass, moreover the production of this type of natural GH is a direct reaction to a catabolic state; therefore a general rule of thumb when working out is not train longer than say 45 minutes or so, because that’s when GH tapers off and cortisol production sets in.
If you train about 40 minutes and increase it by 2 minutes every other period after a month, after 10 months, you could train for an hour without inducing a catabolic state. No one has ever tested how far you can push the envelope, but is a proven fact. There is no use in working out longer than an hour, as anyone using moderate to heavy intensity should be able to finish 20 to 25 sets in that time and since you have to match recovery to training intensity and vice versa, 25 or more sets would nescessitate an intake of at least 4500 to 5000 calories, maybe more; however most appetites are not that large.
Rest & Sleep:
75 percent of your total daily HGH output is produced while sleeping, and most of that in REM sleep. Short Siestas or Cat naps may further your case a bit, however it is unlikely that you can induce a deep enough sleep to start producing GH during those naps. Getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep is a sacrifice everyone should consider making if you want to get big in a hurry. Also the regularity of your sleeping pattern could promote more REM cycles and result in more hormonal output. So keeping steady hours of sleep is beneficial. If you are one to stay out late on weekends it may be best to still wake up at the same time instead of sleeping in. Otherwise you may disturb your sleeping pattern.
Supplementation:
Only Inject HGH under a doctor’s supervision, as HGH has many benefits; it increases the protein synthesizing effect of testosterone and causes growth in muscle tissue. Also unlike most steroidogenic substances, it is currently undetectable in most drug tests. Depending on your age is a direct correlation to the timing of when you should inject HGH for maximum results.
If you feel the need is absolute for you to begin using synthetic rhGH or recombinent human growth hormone in your training, you need to know how to manipulate its release naturally in addition to supplementing it with rhGH; these two together make optimizing gains in muscle mass much more efficient. Synthetic Growth Hormone is not the be-all or end-all muscle drug, yet don’t pass up the potential benefits one would enjoy from rhGH therapy, which would be unacceptable for the serious athlete.
Having said all that, here are a few points of interest that we’ve advised our body-building patients on the use of hGH:
For gaining lean muscle and substantially improving body composition For this purpose a dose of 4-8 IU’s per day will be necessary. Most people will respond very well at a dose of 4-5 IU’s per day. For maximum benefit, the addition of Testosterone, an Insulin, and a low-dose of T3 would be something to seriously consider. For a normal cycle of 5-8 months in length, injecting once or twice a day, 7 days a week should be fine. Another option would be to run your HGH cycle everyday for the first two months to get your IGF-1 levels elevated quickly and to a level to assist you in an anabolic way, then drop back to 5 days a week.
Here is what a good ramp up program would look like:
Weeks 1 - 4, Dose 4iu’s per injection once each morning
Weeks 5 - 12, Dose 6iu’s per injection once each morning
Weeks 13 - 16, Dose 4iu’s per injection, TWICE per day, total of 8iu’s taken per day 4/days week
