        rm. is a fresh new idea that will provide a network and appreciation for champion women around the world. Our goal is to create a network of incredible women and create a stage to share their stories and successes. We believe in the recognition and celebration of strong, motivated, driven women, and believe in creating a way for them to be endorsed because of their excellence. We see this as a revolutionary platform that will also work to inspire fellow women to be proud and be true to who they are.

rm. is so excited for you to meet its second ambassador! Alicia Welch @alishawelch a senior Plastics Engineer major on the UMass Lowell Softball team. Alicia grew up in British Columbia Canada and fast tracked high school to be graduating in her undergraduate degree this May at 20 years old. In 2015 she represented her country being a member of the 2015 Canadian junior team, while managing the commitment of a NCAA Division 1 work load. With exceptional grades Alicia managed to get herself an amazing internship at Intralox which is a leading and prestigious plastic engineering company in New Orleans last Summer. She she will be retuning here in May, before returning to college to complete her masters in plastics engineering in August. "My mission in life is to make an IMPACT. Being a role model makes this possible. It shows me that I have the capability of inspiring others and that I can lead the way. We all need a role model. Tonight represents the official start of our rm. network journey! Thalia Petsis is a junior on the Womens soccer team at UMass Lowell. She is originally from Toronto CA and is an amazing role model! Thalia leads her team on and off the field, is president on the Student Athlete group on campus, has multiple entrepreneurial and philanthropic missions, and works closely with all aspects of the university. Thalia who is majoring in Finance, International Business and Marketing, and also Minoring in French has had internships with the TD bank In Toronto where she will be returning this Summer.
