Pictures don’t do this place justice. #bocachica #panama and #hannibalbank is far beyond explanation. The fish are massive and the scenery is unparalleled. #kscott and #hukgear future designs will definitely stem from panama inspiration
This shot was in the lagoon with Capt Nathaniel Lemmon. Winter Tailing trout hanging in the skinny. #saltyshores #trout

i don’t think i’ve ever been so jealous of anything in my life.
Sailfish balling bait
Reports are in that the sailfish bite off of South Florida is going off. I read somewhere recently the sailfish is the fastest fish in the ocean of which one was clocked at 68-mph. Though another article I read claimed the swordfish was the fastest it’s estimated speed being 80-mph.
I don’t sailfish much for a number of reasons one being my boat is a flats boat and I prefer shallow water fishing over deepsea fishing. Of the billfish species we have I’ve caught two sailfish, one white marlin and one swordfish and have spent countless hours deepsea fishing in the cobalt blue waters of Florida, the Bahamas and Costa Rica. So given the low numbers you can see I haven’t had a lot of luck when it comes to deepsea fishing and that may be another reason I prefer shallow water fishing.
