I was also wondering the same thing as the last anon. Is there a particular reason you guys have a mun count though? It seems a bit unfair, and kind of restrictive to me that people have to wait until someone is booted of leaves to join. Especially since I don't check the tags that often. Would you guys ever reconsider dropping the mun count and have your server to be open for everyone?

࣪ 𓈒⠀ྀིㅤׂㅤ hi noonie ! when we initially opened the server, we didn't have a mun count because we weren't sure how receptive people would be to a freelance server. to our surprise, we quickly grew to over 50 members, which was both exciting and overwhelming — especially as first - time admins still figuring out the best way to manage a writing group. as our community grew, many members shared that navigating a large server could feel daunting. since our goal has always been to create a laidback and comfortable space for writers to connect, we felt that reducing our mun capacity was the right choice. additionally, we're people before we are admins, with responsibilities outside of roleplay. keeping a limited slot policy has not only helped us maintain a manageable pace but also allowed us to foster a more close - knit, engaging community. it's worked well for us, so at this time, expanding our community isn't something we're considering. we kindly ask for and appreciate your understanding of our boundaries and the way we've structured our space. thank you for your question ! ♡

are members expected to treat this collective like an actual rp? or are we allowed to join to simply find krp partners to write 1x1's with? i'm new to freeverse so i wanted to make sure before i joined! (:

࣪ 𓈒⠀ྀིㅤׂㅤ hi noonie ! the way our server works is fairly simple. not only do muns have personal forums in which they can post wanted plots, muse bios, etc. but we also have designated spaces for writing, plot calls, and anything related to building universes ( together in collaborative effort with other muns if you wish ) or musings. certain channels are provided for 1 x 1 threads, too, so you'll inevitably have the opportunity to find likeminded writing partners for closed / private threads. with that in mind, our server is not a hub to find writing partners for private matters. while we're not a traditional roleplay collective, we do wish for members to engage with other in a community setting. that's not to say that you're obliged to partake in general chatting spaces, of course. rather, all things writing will have to take place within the server. you're very welcome to join our server and have a look for a more personal experience of freeverse. we're always happy to see new faces and will gladly lend you a hand where needed. so don't be shy, our community is a cosy and friendly space ! hopefully this answer was helpful. thank you for your question !
