Ladies if you suffer from vaginal dryness or you just want to increase your vaginal moisture, this knowledge is for you.

Vegetable: Raw Okra

- You can also boil it, eat it frozen in a smoothie, or cut it up soak it in water and drink okra water. But like most veggies raw consumption gives you the most nutrients. Also if you don’t like slimy textures eat it raw.

Fruit: Schisandra Berries or Avocado

- It can be difficult to find schisandra berry in the raw form in the US but Whole Foods carries an extract

Herb: Shatavari & Chinese Asparagus

- Shatavari is also great for increasing your milk supply if you’re breast feeding (speaking from experience)

I personally use okra, schisandra, & shatavari 💕
