"Piano Teacher to the Stars" Margie Balter Hosted "Music From Our Hearts: a Celebration of Inspiration" at the Gibson Baldwin Showroom in Beverly Hills on March 5 to Benefit Playing For Change Foundation. It was a magical evening of live performances, great stories from Margie about teaching Tom Cruise, Sandra Bullock, Holly Hunter, Kevin Spacey and more to play the piano in preparation for career-defining film roles and everyone in the standing room only audience was inspired in a way that only music can truly inspire.

I so want to be Tina Fey's bff...in giving her acceptance speech for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series (she beat out both Amy Poehler and Lena Dunham), Fey singles out her bff Poehler:

"I share this with my sweet friend Amy Poehler," Fey said, clutching her award. "I've stolen so many of your moves. I've known you since you were pregnant with Lena Dunham and I love you!"

And then there's that little movie that could (even without the acknowledgment of its director...Argo...)
