lowkey... how would tachyon or some of her other trainees react if they knew what her old trainer did. like if they saw the old trainer with her sister would they confront them?

this is another awesome think piece question.. yay yippee!! the thing is i think only dream journey, city route and agnes tachyon know about it bc it's not really something civic ever brings up LOL... civic has a way of making people feel closer to her than they actually are, and rarely divulges personal stuff, especially dealing with her past. plus tanaka is a great trainer, and slimy in social settings, so she is able to weasel her way out of a lot of consequences. dream journey knows, bc well i have a feeling she's good at finding out information when she needs to, and knows a lot about everybody. but her general reaction is just kind of neutral. #notmyproblem maybe if she liked civic more she'd do something LOL

city route knows bc shes a drama hog and also seems to know a little bit about everyone. her reaction might be a bit more sympathetic but she's also not going out of her way to do anything.

tachyon i think found out by accident. a side effect of an experiment where it had a truth serum sort of element to it (or who knows. maybe civic does want to open up.... "truth serum""") and while i dont think tachyon is going to directly confront civic's old trainer, she might step in similar to how she did with the reporters in her career story. so that civic doesn't have to interact with her. and tachyon woulddd play it off like "well its my job to observe your vitals, and they were higher than normal. i dont need unneeded stress impeding our experiments" (LIE)

tachyon's reaction may seem kind of cold but i think its a shield for herself bc well, she does like civic a lot and i think its easier to keep painful feelings of finding out something bad happened to someone you love at arms length than confront it directly.

ive given thought about this, too. and i think the answer is a bit complicated. mild tw for SA and trauma //

i think she is rarely the one that initiates physical intimacy (or fooling around hehe) ... she struggles to establish or enforce boundaries, making her far more likely to just "go along" with someone else's advances.

most times where she is the one to offer physical affection, it tends to stem from appeasement rather than her own desire. 🥹 its mostly if she believes it's expected of her, or thinks it will prevent someone from becoming upset with her. #trauma

to her sex and intimacy is just another way to be useful to someone, and she really has little need of her own., to the point that she views her personal discomfort as largely irrelevant.

this is quite heavy but i dont think its total doom and gloom, i do think it makes her happy seeing others happy bc of her, and at the end of the day she is a huge lesbo so she enjoys being with women 🙂‍↕️she just needs to improve her relationship to herself..

In reality she's kinda where she's always been, getting rolled over.

Plus I doubt she would be able to upset her partner or whoever so she just kinda doubles down on not initiating while at the same time just hating herself even more somehow.

I think they kind of dont really say much to each other LOL civic is way too much of a brokie to afford buying oguri any food, but she definitely has a respect/admiration for oguri and tamamo's racing prowess. and oguri and civic are similar in the fact that women seem to love whatever lesbo swag they got goin on 🫡

i know that cibichan is mostly a vessel for selfshipping but i can see her getting really sentimental about haru urara... and also it'd be interesting to see how she views DJ/Orfevre's relationship in comparasion to her own sister speaking of "cibichan"... what would she think of being called that by some of her trainees?

WEEEE small clarification: Civic is definitely not a vehicle for selfshipping for me! Me, Brooke, the guy, does not want to date any of these umas LOL (well except for maybe fuji kiseki 🫦) But yeah! Civic has definitely evolved into full blown Beloved OC at this point, despite her origins being intended for harem yuri hehe 🥹🥹💖

As for the rest of your question I LOVEEE this prompt because like with many things, Civic doesnt really show when something bothers her. And I do think her strained relationship with Akko does bother her 🥹 Which is why she seems extra passive to Akko's verbal attacks, which pisses Akko off bc like girl stand uppp. Give me something that shows you still care <-- Akko's thinking.

I think Civic and Akko were close when younger and now have drifted apart, which is what makes Akko AND their abusive trainer coming back to Tracen kind of juicy for me. But I definitely need to cook this more in my mind palace. 🤔🤔

Civic being a bit envious of Dorija & Orfevre's close sibling relationship is actually huge brain bc it adds to the insane dynamic Dorija & Civic have going on. 😏 Actually I think its extra funny if Civic is uncomfortable around Orfevre bc she reminds her of her own sister. And Orfevre is uncomfortable around Civic because shes nothing more than a bug beneath her boot.

If someone close to her calls her Cibichan I do think it would give her pause, because really only her family calls her that, but ultimately you can call her whatever she’s not gonna stop you. And I think it could be quite cute 🥰
