Built by a friend and his sons. It has bunk beds, eco-toilet, full kitchen and sauna inside. A 30 bhp engine keeps it moving.

This is the dome I grew up in. Its been abandoned for 10 years now. Nostalgic feelings from my childhood ran through my mind as I walked around and thought about my past.

Every year in early spring, Belgium welcomes the lovers of cabins of all kinds. The festival “Passion Robinson” brings together creators, architects, landscapers and all sorts of of alternative home enthusiasts. There are more than 40 exhibitors and various cabins.

This “floating boat” is affixed by cables to the accommodate shifts and movement of the trees.

Guilty pleasure confession 1

Potato chips in the morning Like as soon as I wake up

In her eyes

She sparkled with enthusiasm from the trim of her hair, eyes glazed, to the pivot of her head as she glances your way.

He saw her he would not let her get away.

He met her with inquisition and at every passing day couldn’t keep her at a distance as he claimed her interests.

He was attached and saying the words could not stop what began between them.

She ventured forth and played and treasured all she witnessed, speaking truth, appreciated what little she had by others standards which made her unique with beauty lasting.

He followed her through forests, towns and alleyways. The people she would meet would treasure her the same. She shared her heart, everything she had,when she was present and calmly considered she was reciprocated the same.

Little did she know some would take and store away. The ones she treasured gave their all each and every day. Enhancing her beauty by sharing with her love that could last all her days. She felt him pulling her away as he was attached couldn’t give her everything.

She was getting hurt by his carelessness caught in the trap of tenderness. Wouldn’t let her go she not knowing to walk away, her hurt wore the burden of his mistakes. The glimmer in her eyes began to fade.

Two Girls

for two sweet girls came into the world

never knowing the pain of the world 

resisting the weight

made babies and become mothers to husbands

 that led me into existence

to mothers of children

and sisters in passing

wicked witches 

east  and west

In lands frozen to those demands

Just wanted love 

and before we kiss their heads

and hold their hands they left

and all we could say, 

was 

Oh

no one at their steps

no one at their grasp

And all that was left was those they left behind

Children too

sad, mad and bad

and some a lil glad

and tears so full 

could flood a land

Just a wish 

a memory that we will not be 

the same as them the same as me

the same as you the same as three

Just a hope 

to be more than

and their standing their at the flood gates

 no one there to grab at a hand

to lead away from sorrow

should we still be in grasp

perhaps we have grown

 away from the sinking sand 

there is no promise

perhaps the next travelers 

have marked the passage way

 each leads to a cavalry

which is the wish of every young girl

 that has met the renegade

wished for and wished again

 those two girls 

that just passed 

never met will not wish again

but the same wish never changed

old and trodden could not be redeemed

the love they sought lost to greater demands

their own loss, their own defeat, their trembling hands

a love so deep 

gone so far, 

gone...

a reminder to not hold on

 some day at the end

Let love carry on 

those gentle smiles, those gentle laughs, those gentle comforts

a human being gives

the lil bits those two girls had

and set in our hands....
