I guess I should properly introduce myself too 🌙
My name is RoroRobin.png and I ended up here because I got really overwhelmed by other social media platforms. Everything started feeling too focused on endless consumption and algorithms constantly deciding what deserves to be seen while smaller artists slowly disappear in the background.
So… here I am now haha.
The character in my first post is my original roleplay character, Rufus. He’s a strange spiritual entity/demon and honestly I love him very much. I’m really proud of him and the stories connected to him.
I’ll probably post little things here from time to time while I slowly try to reconnect with drawing again. I stopped drawing for quite a while because of a pretty big art block and a lot of anxiety related to it, so now I just want to create calmly again — no commissions, no pressure, no drawing for other people. Just for myself.
I also really miss having artist circles and discovering communities full of illustrators, writers, roleplayers and creative people in general. Depression made me isolate myself a lot and I feel like I lost connection with that part of my life for a long time.
I also love photography, but that will probably go to another account someday ✨
Anyway… I’m happy to be here. Tumblr already feels strangely cozy.
