Rory’s Ending
Rory, as expected, goes back to Ireland. Her father gifts them with a home for their wedding, right across from his own.... which is typical Lorcan Fitzsimmons. Together, she and Ethan plan the perfect wedding and it goes off as smoothly as possible.
Having all of her friends together for one day made Rory understand how much she really was loved. No one had to be there for it, yet they were. It might have been her wedding day, but the focus seemed to be on more than her life with Ethan--it was her life as herself, and she was glad for what it was.
Eventually, she went to design school, and found her niche. She excelled, and after a lot of small starts, eventually was able to make her own line of clothing. Rory never was so proud of herself.
Except, maybe, when she had her children. Ryan and Ella were perfect, and even though she couldn’t protect them from everything, she was so grateful for the people that they were.
Her life found the meaning that she had always been looking for. It was right there in her... and all she had to do was reach for it.
