reallllly feel like some of you have to start understanding people are sometimes going to make mistakes and not understand something and not know things and it's going to slot them in a perfect place for you to scoff and call them problematic and evil and they're not even going to know why.

not everyone is chronically online, or online at all. don't act like everyone who's ever enjoyed harry potter is a cartoon villain, when most of them barely know who jkr is and definitely don't know what she's done, or know what the actual symptoms of schizophrenia are, or understand what a neopronoun is. like, yeah, okay, you can get frustrated when people don't listen or when they willfully ignore you, but don't pretend everyone on earth is supposed to know already. my life advice.

my friend is a cishet white guy who's entire knowledge of schizophrenia was "yeah that's the thing people have in horror movies that make them kill people." he didn't even know hallucinations were involved. after meeting me, he googled it. like, while we were hanging out, he pulled out his phone, took two minutes to read up on it, and went "oh, so it's like autism, but scarier for you." i told him about neopronouns, and therians, and objectum, and a bunch of other chronically online bullshit, and he nodded along. later he messaged me with a couple questions, which i explained, and he thought it was all very cool. he has a snapchat and an instagram, both of which are exclusively for hunting and fishing friends, he didn't even know why the r slur wasn't okay to say. im not saying you have to educate everyone you meet on the street, but for the love of god, you need to recognize when someone's actually trying to hurt you and when someone is just not really sure what's going on.

Just a little piece I worked on throughout today. I titled this one “Sorry, Mommy”.

Not nearly as good as my usual on paper with copic markers, but this was also my first time making digital art. I wanted to do something that would teach me a lot about layering and using the brushes, and this definitely did.

Anyway the lesbians

So the first couple is my ocs Helen and Luz, they were kidnapped by an evil lady bc this lady wanted to bring back her sister from the dead so she is trying to make a vessel for her sister to be reborn and essentially to find a vessel she starts a cult. Helen is her favorite and Luz is the rebellions one that’s always getting punished for things. Luz is also part of a system

Another one is my ocs from a different universe, Hannah and Chastity. Once again in a cult bc I project my religious trauma onto my ocs. Hannah was raised in the cult and never questioned it, and Chastity is a new recruit who pushes Hannah to think for herself. And they fell in love!!

Uhh same universe, there’s Alice and Artemis. Alice is childhood friends with Artemis& (another system) and they reunite after Artemis’s headmate Vin chooses to flee from you guessed it another cult. Alice and Vin are in a qpr as well but that’s not lesbian. Artemis and Alice then bond over their interests and their desire in taking down the cult that Artemis& and others were raised in and the one in charge of the government.

Man why are all my lesbians in cults lol…

There’s a few lesbian couples in the background of my main WIP, the Bureau of Lovecraftian Affairs, but the story has very little romance in it overall, it’s focused on different things

sooo we made a Discord server with just us and Pluralkit so we could leave each other messages and whatnot if needed, since the plural app we've been using (PluralSpace) logged us out and we can't remember the password

we're so very dehydrated because someone decided not to drink any water all day. although we did figure out how to use the coffee machine first try and get ourselves some forbidden coffee

we keep hallucinating being yelled at and jumping and panicking to go open the door and reply and then its just a hallucination still. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand we found out that one of us is sourced from a terrible person!!

We’re tired as fuck and sore but otherwise alive. Wondering if we split someone from Odd Squad? We’ve been getting Vibes but we could be wrong. Also hyper fixating on a couple of gay ocs per usual lol

we're doing a lot of research on how to respectfully make Black ocs for the gay ocs. It's making me notice a trend in how people we tell about our ocs treat them. like like we have an oc who's white who responds to their trauma by being aggressive, is an angry drunk, makes a lot of jokes including making himself the butt of the joke a lot of the time, and is just generally charming but very aggressive. he's also aroallo so while none of our ocs have sexual storylines he is implied to be doing sexual things in the past. and we have a Black oc who is very different from that, who responds to trauma through anxiety, who cries a lot, who doesn't tell very many jokes and cantsrand feeling like he's being made fun of, and who is sex averse ace. and tell me why?? people we tell about them keep switching their personalities?? like it's not want for us to have an oc with the other's personality because we have. both ocs
