⋆˚꩜｡ In fact, you'll notice looking at your Solar Returns over the year, you'll most likely have the same Rising every 4 years.
⋆˚꩜｡ Your Solar Return Rising can so tell you in which case of your life you are.
⋆˚꩜｡ On your Natal Chart, if you look at your Angles (AS-IC-DC-MC) there, you'll notice the potential 4 signs you'll often have on Risings in your SRC.
⋆˚꩜｡ But sometimes the rising can be the sign next or next twice to your Angles on your Natal Chart.
⋆˚꩜｡ Clock wise, this will go like this:
Year 1: SRC Rising based on Natal Rising' sign
Year 2: SRC Rising based on Natal IC' sign
Year 3: SRC Rising based on Natal DC' sign
Year 4: SRC Rising based on Natal MC' sign
༘⋆ Example: If you are a Libra Rising, that means your angles are most likely in this order: Libra (AC)-Capricorn (IC)-Aries (DC)-Cancer (MC). Now, the thing with your potential Risings on your Solar Returns, is that you'll probably have those 4 signs, all following each other, so every year you have a solar return Rising that is similar to your Natal Rising, then IC, then DC and then MC. But it happens that the sign of your Rising can be the next sign after your Natal Angle.
⋆˚꩜｡ In this case, it is important to understand you'll MOST LIKELY be a Rising sign based on those angles. But like I said, it often happens that you'll be a sign next to those angles as well some years. (more below)
⋆˚꩜｡ Now that you know more about Solar Return's Risings, and how it works, it is important to so note that every time you'll be a Rising close to one of your angles, it means it will be an important year for the key themes of those angles.

༘⋆ What does this mean? the sign of your Natal Rising, one sign next to your Natal Rising, or 2 signs after your Natal Rising.
༘⋆ Example: If you are a Natal Libra Rising, so this could be SRC Libra Rising, Scorpio Rising or Sagittarius Rising.
༘⋆ Your 1H, 2H, 3H' sign Natal can be your SRC Rising.
⋆.˚ Close to your Natal IC: A year focused on your family, stability, your private life, your home, how you feel at home, private matters, how you feel stable and comfortable in your life, etc.
༘⋆ What does this mean? the sign of your Natal IC, one sign next to your Natal IC, or 2 signs after your Natal IC.
༘⋆ Example: If you are a Natal Libra Rising, this could be SRC Capricorn Rising, Aquarius Rising, or Pisces Rising.
༘⋆ Your 4H, 5H, 6H' sign Natal can be your SRC Rising.
⋆.˚ Close to your Natal DC: A year focused on relationships, not only romantically but just your connections to others. How you connect with others, and how are your relationships impacted, etc.
༘⋆ What does this mean? the sign of your Natal DC, one sign next to your Natal DC, or 2 signs after your Natal DC.
༘⋆ Example: If you are a Natal Libra Rising, this could be SRC Aries Rising, Taurus Rising, or Gemini Rising.
༘⋆ Your 7H, 8H or 9H' sign Natal can be your SRC Rising.
⋆.˚ Close to your Natal MC: A year focused on how society sees you, how you appear to others and how others, the world see you. Public matters, reputation, how you appear in the world.
༘⋆ What does this mean? the sign of your Natal MC, one sign next to your Natal MC, or 2 signs after your Natal MC.
༘⋆ Example: If you are a Natal Libra Rising, this could be SRC Cancer Rising, Leo Rising, Virgo Rising.
༘⋆Your 10H, 11H, 12H' sign Natal can be your SRC Rising.
⋆˚꩜｡ I'll give another example here just in case you didn't get it. Let's say you are a Natal Sagittarius Rising. You check your Solar Return of this year and you see you are a Cancer Rising. Checking your Natal Chart, you see you have Cancer over your 8H, and so checking with the above informations, you know you are currently having a DC Rising, so this will be an important year for your connections to others.
⋆˚꩜｡ Now that you have known this part, let's go deeper. In fact, each sign over the Rising in Solar Return Chart have a different key word. Each means something deeper about the year you'll have.
⋆˚꩜｡ Each Sign over your SRC Rising and their keywords:
⋆.˚ Aries: action taking, revolution, change, fast change, fast events, impulsive, strong emotions.
⋆.˚ Taurus: stability, comfortable, romance, connections with others, money.

༘⋆ Example: You are a Scorpio Rising this year in your Solar Return, well every houses planets & placements in it will be highlighted by the keyword "transformation". This means every houses with placements in will transform by the end of the Solar Return.
⋆˚꩜｡ To be more precise, this means every houses with planets & placements in will probably get very affected by your SRC Rising, and so it is important to check the keywords.
