I'm doing research on Gothicism & Astrology. So far I've been able to go through over 50 charts of authors, actors, directors, designers, musicians, etc. and I am noticing that it's Saturn, not Pluto, that keeps coming up as the dominant influence.
Mary Shelley, Baudelaire, Lovecraft, Lugosi, Lynch, Argento, McQueen, Manson, Bjork, Anne Rice, Sylvia Plath, Tim Burton, etc.
The dominant signature many of them carry is not Pluto, it's Saturn.
Many Saturn-ruled ASC, Saturn on the ASC or aspecting the chart ruler, Saturn in the 1H, Sun in Capricorn/Aquarius, Saturn-Pluto aspects, or tight Sun-Saturn - describes 76% of the sample. Three out of every four gothic figures in the dataset thus far are, structurally, Saturnian before they are anything else.
It makes sense once you ask yourself: "Which planet is gothic culture about?"
Gothic is fundamentally about the non-departure of the past. The haunted house has stopped time. The vampire cannot die. Frankenstein's monster is mortality reversed rather than transcended. Gothic media returns obsessively to ruined castles, ancestral curses, hereditary secrets, family crypts, inherited madness, the past that refuses to be over. It is not the texture of transformation; it is the texture of preservation, of what time will not let go of. It is Saturn's territory at it's core.
Interestingly enough, in older English usage, "Saturnine" originally came from the astrological influence of Saturn: coldness, darkness, melancholy, severity, isolation, contemplation, age, decay, fatalism, and intellectual depth. A "saturnine person" was often imagined as possessing many of the traits that would later become central to gothic aesthetics.
I'm hoping I can get at least 100-150+ charts done and post my findings in an in-depth post. 🖤
makes sense that there's saturn prominence since saturn ruled over death and other gothic topics traditionally and before pluto was discovered.
Exactly. I was curious in how the discovery of Pluto played a role, if any, in the collective regarding this. But even when looking at the charts after Pluto was discovered, there is still so much Saturn. Pluto-Mars aspects are present but when you compare it to the amount of Saturn aspects, the patterns in the data becomes clear.
It is interesting when you think about how Saturn was always depicted with the scythe, representing the cyclical nature of life and death. Yet so many people think it belongs to Pluto. Just like how The Reaper’s signature scythe is an agricultural tool directly inherited from Saturn and his role as "Father Time".
Astronomy: Saturn with his scythe, riding in his chariot. Engraving by C. Lasinio, 1695, after Raphael, 1516.

Evanescence returning during Neptune in Aries...may all the alt and rock girlies thrive.
Just looked at the date I got laser eye surgery and it happened when both transit Jupiter and the Sun were harmoniously aspecting my natal Mercury. Mercury rules the nervous system, which our eyes are part of. The surgery and recovery were a success. ♡
mini grand trine diaries.
"This is a genius idea: We nationalize Spirit Airlines," Peterson said in the video. "Owned by the people. Airlines gone. We make a new airline." Hunter Peterson, a voice actor with frequent flyer grievances, posted a TikTok asking: What if 20% of American adults chipped in the price of a Spirit fare and just . . . bought it? He called it “Spirit 2.0: Owned by the People.” Within hours he’d thrown up a website — a janky, one-hour job, by his own admission — and by Sunday, 36,000 “founding patrons” had pledged nearly $23 million, crashing his servers in the process. Uranus in Gemini = New models of thinking about movement, transport, and networks. Revolution in our ideas and ways of travel.
Pluto in Aquarius = Intensification of collective structures, especially around technology, groups, and systems of power. Power shifts to the people.
Neptune in Aries = Evolving ideals around identity, freedom, and self-direction. More people are beginning to believe they have the power to make a difference.
Even if this plan does not materialize, the power of the intention alone and amount of people who pledged is a sign of how the collective is changing.

best thing i’ve seen all week .
Very Uranus in Gemini x Neptune in Aries.
The choreography = multiplication of communication through the movement of bodies instead of words, replacing language as the primary carrier of meaning. There’s a subtle Pluto in Aquarius undertone in the controlled group chaos, where disorder is systematized and held in collective alignment. Feels very much like a kind of "post-human choreography" where the group becomes the subject rather than the individual, and individuality dissolves into a coordinated field of motion.
I can't remember who it was, but someone on astroblr did an observations post a few months ago, and they wrote that a man with Mars in Pisces x Jupiter in Taurus manifests as him wanting to passionately devour you, and I am here to report you were 1000000% correct.
Working on new posts this week. The last few weeks have been crazy. Got a potential opportunity at a dream job + met an incredibly handsome man in the checkout line at the grocery store?? My transits + solar return are opening up a lot for me currently, so I'm trying to ride the energy as much as I can :)

I think with Uranus re-entering Gemini we will see a massive revolution and push for electric vehicles and renewables as a result of the looming oil crisis. There was an oil crisis in the 70's but the conditions were not there for the type of innovation we have now.
Gemini, ruled by Mercury, is about communication, information, travel, and networks. Uranus represents sudden innovation, disruption, and liberation.
Uranus in Taurus is about disruption to material foundations (energy, money, resources). We saw this last year when Uranus in Taurus was in the last few degrees, dipped into Gemini, and then retrograded. This is now the final direct pass, the built-up energy, and it's square to the eclipse in Aquarius that happened last month is what has brought all this to a head.
Now, when Uranus re-enters Gemini, the focus will shift from raw disruption to how we adapt and implement solutions.
A couple of big oil companies are experiencing difficult Saturn and Neptune transits over the next few years. This will highlight structural testing and ideological pressure: companies will no longer be able to operate as if the old model is permanent. Some may pivot toward renewables, electric vehicles, or alternative technologies, while others may lose relevance entirely.
Investors and governments may also pressure them toward sustainability, transparency, and adaptation. This is a classic Uranus in Gemini historical pattern: systems forced to evolve rapidly due to new information, technology, and social awareness.
I feel in conflict with myself over the direction I want to take my content.
I have found myself very inspired lately, coming up with new ideas and stumbling on things I've noticed in Astrology and Tarot. I want to create content and then run into "I don’t know if I should post this." even though I know that content is likely to help me grow.
I want to lean in harder into erotic tarot but sometimes worry if people will think I'm "over sexualizing" when I view sensuality and eroticism differently than overt sexuality.
I often find myself wondering if I'm helping people understand these parts of themselves genuinely or if I'm too focused on "aesthetic" in fear of being seen as polarizing.
I'm sorry this post is more vulnerable. I feel deeply passionate about this but also stuck.
What the hell is this 😭

What the hell is this 😭
Spent February studying a lot of the Matrix of Destiny. Specifically, the sacral + heart chakras. Have a lot of content I want to post but I want to be thorough. 🩷
In relationships, they activate together:
Sacral = "I want you."
Heart = "I cherish you."
Manifestations:
Sacral without Heart = passion, but unstable or toxic.
Heart without Sacral = safe, but no chemistry.
Both aligned = powerful, conscious love.
I think the relationship number acts like a filter.
For example:
15 (Devil) amplifies sacral themes (passion, temptation).
14 (Temperance) amplifies heart themes (balance, healing).
6 (Lovers) tests conscious choice in love.
Basically the "power" of each chakra can feel stronger or weaker depending on that number. It doesn’t change your chakra itself, but it activates certain layers of it.
I'm thinking of it like this:
Your chakras = instruments Relationship number = the song being played
