hajime’s the driver, nagito is the passenger princess because neither trust him with a car
sometimes nagito bursts into tears randomly and then locks in immediately as if nothing happened and it freaks hajime out
nagito has a bad habit of clinging to hajime whenever they walk together and occasionally makes it hard for him to walk
hajime likes burying his face into nagito’s fluffy hair when they cuddle
both have a lot of trouble getting to sleep so they stay up really late into the night talking
they also both suffer from nightmares pretty often
hajime’s nightmares are more vivid and rooted in reality. he can recall upsetting details of the dream very clearly. nagito’s nightmares are more vague and abstract- he forgets most of the details, but the stress stays with him
they’re always there to distract/comfort the other whenever they wake up from one tho :,))
hajime memorized foods that nagito would have trouble eating due to his condition and what foods he’d prefer to eat/are easier for him to eat and it actually helped nagito get up to a healthy weight <3
while nagito was still in the coma, hajime would stay by his side and talk to him for a lot of it, hoping it would get through to him
once he woke up, hajime offered to let nagito room with him until he could get situated in some other place
surprising absolutely no one, nagito never found that other place
they’d gotten progressively closer once nagito woke up- and after a lot of apologies and trying to understand each other, nagito confessed his love bc he already knew how he felt since the simulation and couldn’t keep it bottled in anymore
nagito was actually hajime’s bisexual awakening- he knew he liked women but never explicitly thought he was straight, so he had some things to think about after nagito confessed
nagito thought he’d get kicked out and felt miserable for ruining their relationship, but hajime admitted he was feeling some type of way too
they didn’t become official for a while tho and the first stages of their relationship were just trying to navigate dating bc neither of them had ever had a partner before, let alone a same sex one
they were concerned about what the others might think, then it resonated with them that more than a few of them were queer as fuck
sonia misinterprets the meaning of “yaoi” and when hajime and nagito came out, she asked if they were yaoi. hajime tried to correct her, but nagito just said “yes”
nagito overthinks whenever hajime leaves and convinces himself that it’ll be the last time he sees him and that hajime will die in an accident. he’s very happy when hajime comes back okay
not a headcanon but nagito is literally the american dad quote “oh my god, i was so scared you weren’t gonna come back from the bathroom, i love you”
nagito wonders when his bad luck will finally ruin what he and hajime have- he gets really paranoid that he’ll end up getting hajime sick/hurt/killed somehow
hajime has to remind him that, since he integrated with izuru, he’s lucky himself and can stand up to anything nagito’s bad luck has in store for him EEEUUURGHH
nagito has a bad habit of biting his nails, so hajime started painting them to help curb the habit (hajime technically being the ultimate nail tech bc of izuru LOLLLLL)
they keep PDA to a minimum, if they even do it at all, since hajime’s not very comfortable with going too far in front of other people and nagito knows that.
they have opposite tastes in food, with nagito preferring savory food (canon) and hajime having a sweet tooth. when something is too sweet for nagito, he hands it off to hajime who tries not to look too excited about it (p.s even if it’s a sweet nagito likes a bit better he will still give it to hajime)
nagito burns in the sun easily and doesn’t realize when he’s getting red so hajime always has to get him under the shade
nagito’s love language is words of affirmation- he’s constantly gushing about how wonderful hajime is, while hajime’s love language is acts of service
when the class gets together for new years, instead of saying “happy new year” when midnight hits, nagito wishes hajime a happy birthday
nagito has a man-crush on makoto which hajime tolerates cause he equates it to a schoolgirl having a crush on a celebrity
based on izuru’s canonical good reflexes from DR:S, hajime is actually able to save nagito from a lot of accidents- he’ll catch him before he trips, deflect things before they hit him, etc.
^because of that nagito calls him his “knight in shining armor”
nagito overuses other mushy pet names like “my darling hajime” while hajime rarely uses them- the only exception is calling nagito “baby” when trying to comfort him
every time hajime starts a conversation with “can we talk?” nagito immediately assumes he’s gonna get dumped and panics but hajime just wants to discuss dinner or smth
when hajime is having a particularly rough time, nagito will hug/cuddle up to him from behind and hold him. luckily it does help hajime calm down a bit
nagito also showers hajime with kisses whenever he can and wherever he can- his face, his neck, his shoulders, his hands, literally everywhere
hajime returned a hand kiss once, but kissed nagito’s prosthetic. he had mixed feelings about it because, while it’s sweet that hajime accepts that part of him, he can’t help but lament not being able to feel it. he gave hajime his real hand to kiss afterward and he got the message
they talk seriously about getting married a few years into dating, but realize they can’t do it officially while they’re secluded on the island
they hold a little ceremony on the island anyway with the rest of the class attending and consider that official. imposter officiated it because they were they only one who could get into the role lol
they both tried really hard not to cry during, but their eyes got misty
afterward, nagito would keep referring to hajime exclusively as “my husband” until it got old and everyone got sick of it like everyone knows who you're talking about bro
hajime also makes an effort to refer to nagito as his husband whenever possible tho, just bc he knows how happy it makes him to actually hear it
they’re gay, they’re married, they’re in love, that is all
when a ship involves one character being so utterly devoted to the other that its borderline religious????? when the devoted character is written to be seen as a sinner, or damned, or a non believer??? and the other character an angel or god-like???? i simply eat that shit UP how can you not??
I haven’t decided all her details but basically her ability throws people into their one of their biggest fears and if they don’t overcome it they’ll die or whatever the fear entails. (So I guess if you are deathly afraid of going into a line and ordering your food you’ll have to do that lmao)

I’m still trying to decide on lore for her but her ability has to do with light because I thought it’d be a nice contrast to him.
I used a 3D Model to try and help my struggle w proportions. Her name is Yoko Ota and she’s meant to be part of the Port Mafia. She’s basically a ticking time bomb, as her light controlling abilities flare out of control if her emotions are not stable.
I wanted to make a video for them- the one with the “Bob loves his personal space” audio bc I think it’d be super up in character for her energy. This is the art for it!
