SUMMER OF UPDATES :) K-MODS 4 COTTAGE LIVING

Everyone is so hyped for this new country town. Because of pandemic and all that green sustainable lifestyle and all. Which is great in itself, but really, do people not remember Midsomer or Cabot Cove? Oh well, if people need danger while raising hens, who are we to judge? Isn’t the whole point of country living? Mr. Bennet said: “For what do we live, but to make sport for our neighbours, and laugh at them in our turn?” Pure country living mindset.

Living by Mr Bennet’s wisdom, we updated our mods, you know, if you want to laugh at your neighbours antics and them at yours, at least do it within the coolest place around.

Here is the rundown :

K-707 : for all your greenies need. Without surprise, there’s a lot of nature in Henford-on-Bagley

K-505 : That’s obviously the one you all expect to be updated. All terrain textures are done. No missing spot. Street lamps and street walls - it’s here if you want your village to have that gritty look …

K-202 : If K-505 is updated, so is K-202. We hate inconsistency. Terrain paints are updated. In case you decide to move in.

K-101 : the floor boards, they needed to sing, to crack, to make noise when walked onto. Thus, they needed to be changed with wood. You’re welcome.

Overall, Cottage Living is done to 95%, 2 or 3 trees are missing, along with the bridge downtown. We are still looking for some files here and there. Expect updates later on, but for now, 95% should be enough ;)

BEWARE : We re-made all the outside stones walls. They are in the K-303 folder ( inside the K-505 Update )

Is it obvious that I love CC eyes? Please tell me I’m not the only person who’s obsessed with them. This is literally me making an excuse to gush about eyes. This goes from Maxis-match to Alpha.

Every time I see someone’s sims post, my first thought is “what default eyes are they using?? 👀”

These are just some of eye defaults that either A) I’ve used before/currently using or B) don’t plan to use them due to CAS style preferences but looking at them longingly on other people’s sims.

The Greenhouse Collection is a 22 item (13 mesh) CAS collection made to freshen up your sims’ wardrobes just in time for spring, with vague hints of 60′s and Y2K style! It was originally meant to be for me to get rid of a bunch of cc which had been sitting in my folder for years but it morphed into this big baby :).
