Hi, I posted about this on the EA forums but I'm also bringing it to your attention that the swatches in the Cozy Kitsch kit do not match. I was working on recolors and found it especially noticeable on the shelving units which are supposed to match up, but there's a quite noticeable difference in shade (left and center being slightly off, but right being dramatically different). This seems like a pretty big oversight for a $4.99 kit.
Hey there!
I assume that the swatch mismatch you're talking about is the shader issue that is visible when pairing the pieces together:
The actual textures and swatches are matching, but due to the shader used in the item you can see the differences in how the light is rendered, depending on the light source. This is a common issue with a lot of EA's in-game modular items, except for kitchen cabinets precisely because they use a different material shader that actually makes modularity work as intended.
Unfortunately, the way EA compiled the source textures and meshes that I delivered into a final asset was beyond my control. If it were, then this issue would not be present in the kit at all.
Now, that's not something that I can upload as a fix myself because of reasons, but just saying that switching the material shader to "Cabinet" for these shelves in S4S would very much resolve this issue:
Here's a post on S4S about shaders.
