Psycho escape - Prolouge

Prologue.

The city was emptying out. More and more residents were falling ill with the blot, while most of the rest… were slowly losing their minds as they awaited their deaths.

What about the ink machine? They found it, but it turned out to be unstable. Instead of supplying new resources and transforming the infected ink, it began spawning all sorts of creatures that devoured the souls of the infected, growing in power.

The faction leaders tried to take it apart and put it back together, but the source of the problem has not yet been identified.

Unfortunately, this was not the only disaster to befall the Ink Islands. Another threat was the battle against the mad doctor’s technologies—not even a battle… but a full-scale war.

Due to the overall situation, not to mention the state of politics in Tuntown itself, crimes, murders, and suicides became more frequent…

As a result of these events, the head of the medical faction, Dandy, opened Gardenview Hospital with several wards in order to study the disease and at least somewhat slow the tide of citizens losing their minds.

Thankfully, the incidence rate of these cases has dropped just a little, but that wasn’t enough… more needs to be done…
