To deny a dream is to deny a part of ourselves. Dreams are an instant connection to our unconscious. It is a place of mystery and the unknown, but it can be studied and made personal through dream interpretation. A moderate attempt to interpret our dreams will lead to greater self-understanding and awareness, as well as to moments of enlightenment resulting in greater consciousness."
