I’m so glad you asked! The key to confidence is to always tell yourself that you are worthy of respect and happiness- even if you don’t necessarily believe it at first! It will come in time. Be your own number one fan. Always remember that you are the one person in your life that you will never be without and love yourself first. I promise you that the longer you carry yourself as if you are the most important person in the land, eventually your heart will believe it to be true.
