I think you might want a bit more practice first. Though your moves are certainly unique.
Well... Yeah, I mean, everythin' needs practise, I 'suppose... Oh dear.

Geburtstag Katastrophe || Nick & Rose
He found her sleuthing devastatingly attractive—in terms of intellectual stimulation, of course. Although it was rarely the prominent deciding trait in their relationships, Ravenclaws tended to go for people who were smart. One thing he was certain of, but would probably never admit to her, was that she was intelligent, and likely even more than him when she put some effort into it. Simply to push her buttons, he snickered cheekily at her comment. He’d scarcely known Gryffindors to be nearly as discourteous in competition compared to students from the other houses…namely Slytherin. Then again, there was a first time for everything.
"The food," Nick repeated slowly, reality dawning on him. He didn’t allow it to slip into his smile, understanding that this was her night and he shouldn’t ruin it by behaving dejectedly. She clearly wasn’t there with him, though, and it hurt. No, it stung and burned a little bit, something he’d grown accustomed to in the last few weeks and hastily learned to ignore for fear of riling himself up. Without him noticing, his thumb paused, completely ceasing its ministrations. "The love of my life, yeah? Well, you’re not exactly wrong.” He arched his brows and winked, pretending to thoroughly contemplate her words before he nodded, a faux reluctant look overtaking his countenance. “Those are all good points. I s’pose I’ll do it, then.”
Dramatically puffing out his chest, he gradually released her hands from his grasp. He lifted his fork and twirled it expertly between his fingers, not missing a beat as he stabbed at the pasta with it. Nick didn’t think to play the “I really don’t want to do this” act out, for he actually wished to know if he’d done a good job this time. Good enough to keep her here with him, just for a little while; to take her mind out of whatever firmament it rested in. He attempted to be as gentlemanly as possible, stuffing the creamy pasta noodles into his mouth and, unfortunately, missing…missing twice. “‘Tis good,” he announced, having fully tasted his forkful at last. “Just messy.” For the utensil-challenged. He picked up his cloth and wiped the bits of sauce from his face and shirt.
Rose fought back the bush that began to threaten her cheeks at his half admittance, she was joking when she had said about her being the love of her life. She couldn't put her finger on the emotion that began to boil in the pit of her stomach, warmth, like a spreading through her torso, filling her body like a thick syrup. In that one moment, the smile, the flush on her cheeks and his eyes, his beautiful eyes, were the only things keeping her from flying sky high, or into the stars she wasn't sure which, both seemed like a possibility, although right then she was full grounded and with him, truly with him for the first time. without any other voice arguing trying to compete. He'd managed to push them all aside, even if only for a moment. It only took a moment for Rose to realize what she was missing, to see the difference between her current self and her old self and it hit her like a wrecking ball causing her to gasp involuntarily.
Looking at his face she wasn't sure if he'd noticed her intake of breath or how loud it had come across as he played along with her joking. In her best attempt Rose attempted to remove suddenly crushing gravity that was threatening to crumple her. With her best smile she watched him, really watched him, taking in everything about him, he's lips, the shape of his cheeks the way he buffed out his chest, everything; as though seeing it through another persons eyes, purer eyes. She watched as he lifted the food to his lips, giggling, actually giggling as managed to get sauce around his chin. Something inside her began to lift. And all of these emotions within a matter of seconds. His judgement she nodded, literally tearing her eyes away from his face and down to the food which she must admit did small mouthwatering and look ever so inviting. She allowed herself to inhale the lovely smell as it wafted around the room. "Mhhm, okay." She mumbled softly as she picked up her fork and began to twist her food around it before being very careful, in order to look somewhat ladylike The first bite was great, tasting the wine finally, so to speak, the flavours burst over her tongue. After finishing her first mouthful she nodded approvingly, presenting him with a tongue in tooth smile before saying as though she as a critic. "Rather impressive, I'm impressed."
Fucking hell just shag him already
Who? Nick? Gladly.
Nick...
[rolls his eyes and climbs under the sheets, cuddling up to her] No. Since the first night you stayed over, you’ve never slept anywhere ‘cept the bed, and we won’t go changin’ things now. [wraps his arms around her] Besides, you’re warmer than Copernicus. And my godson drools on him all the time, so… Yeah, in short, I’d rather sleep beside you and only you.
mhhm. [she hummed in a pleaded manner, curling up next to him, her hands drawing strange patterns on his chest, her lips moving to place a soft kiss in the middle of one of the patterns before she returned to tracing it, her eyes watching although she was drawing in pencil.] There- erm. There's still plenty of room..
I know the exams are coming up soon, but people look so depressed these days.
There are many thing to cause the depression.
Nick...
Wasn’t on purpose, I swear. [laughs and kneels down on the floor, setting the bear down and covers him with a towel] Not my fault you stole his spot on the bed, now, is it?
It's just one of those things that come natural to you, aye. [She bit her lip.] Oh.. I'm sorry, I can like sleep on the floor, or he can sleep in the middle. There's plenty of room! [she made a big deal of moving over and showing there would be enough room]
Geburtstag Katastrophe || Nick & Rose
"The thing is, lettin’ you obsess over it just makes you birthday even better. You’ll never guess.” He said the last three words confidently, his tone accompanied by a cheeky grin. There was something different about her expression, particularly the eyes, and he figured she was just thinking hard. She couldn’t possibly have any idea what he was getting at, as he assumed her thoughts hadn’t strayed toward the Time Turner since the incident. “You’re absurdly cute when you do that, by the way. The eyes just don’t work on me.” Even with Elias he’d quit giving in after a few years.
Barely contemplating his answer, Nick replied, “Italian. Originated in Rome.” The brunette routinely spent his time in the kitchen researching the food(s) he was cooking or wanted to cook, as there was plenty of time between procedures when he made a meal. He automatically presumed it was the Ravenclaw in him. When it came to reading, Muggle, wizard, or mythical authors didn’t matter; he simply wished to learn everything about everyone in every species. Although, he rarely voiced this desire. It could come out strangely and be taken the wrong way if said to the wrong person.
Nick took a sip of his wine and then set the glass down, realizing that their hands had found one another when he peered up again. Soothingly grazing his thumb against the back of her fingers, he snorted, highly amused at the dreaminess in her speech. It sounded as if she wasn’t there with him, not fully, and he briefly wondered where her mind had trailed off to. That seemed to happen more often than not these days. He refused to bring it up, recalling their last conversation regarding her moods. It had luckily ended better than it had began, yet that same favorable fate couldn’t await them a second time. “Why don’t you try it and tell me? I refuse to until you do. There might be poison in it. As I am royalty, it is imperative that you check for any dangerous substances before I touch my food. You understand, right?”
Rose scoffed at him playfully rolling her eyes. He was so confident, it confused and almost annoyed her, not to mention made her want to figure it out even more just to wipe the cheeky grin of his face. Her attempt at the eyebrows reduced to her sticking her tongue out to him like a toddler who'd just lost an argument with another child. Her assumption had been correct. "I'll figure it out." She half warned. Roses face flushed ever so slightly at his complement, since when did she blush at being called cute. Throwing him a soft although half forced smile she returned to his next answer.
A Triumphant smile spread across her lips at the face she'd guessed correctly, her mind drifted momentarily to think of the difficulty of the language, the history and the culture that surrounded Rome and Italy in a hope to push the nagging voices away for a moment, it almost worked. Almost, the voice sneered to her. Making her once again begin to think of everything it could be, this promise of something better, something she should be looking forward to but couldn't help feel worried about.
There was comfort in the movement, knowing he was there with her, not just visually but physically even if they weren't for some reason, on the same page, they were close on other grounds. Rose could half feel the world slipping from under her again, something she had experienced a lot since their last time journey together, but somehow he always managed to bring her back to tell her things were going to be alright, even if he hadn't bothered asking her why it happened again, she knew it worried him, often she would see it in his face. It was always his voice that seemed to bring her back to present, press the voice into one mass something that was easier to control. "Mmm?" Rose requested, her eyes shifting onto his face questioningly, making her see the room, and him once again. Realization struck as she knew what he'd said and she smiled slightly, it was feeble but it was a smile nevertheless. Quickly she caught up, her playful side demanding center stage. "Yes, but you see, your Majesty, It is also my birthday, and considering I am not the royal taster, and considering I am the love of you life,"She gave him her signature Tongue in teeth grin, "I believe it is your turn to risk your life. Like some many do for love." She added just as playfully, presenting her sweetest but cheekiest grin.

Nick...
You knew that already. I won’t, I promise. [leaves the room and returns a few minutes later with a stuffed bear] I almost forgot to put Copernicus to bed.
[Lays on the bed, looking idily at the ceiling then looks at him, chuckling slightly.] You've gone from being mean to be sehr cute within a matter of seconds.
Nick...
My wand’s not in a knot. [spins around and stops, pulling her to him for a hug] I fancy messin’ with you, ‘tis all. ‘m comin’ to bed in a minute; I left somethin’ in the livin’ room.
[sighs happily and chuckles a little] You're mean. You're very mean. [kisses his cheek and nods] Alrigh' then, I'll just wait, but don't be too long, yeah?

Nick...
When did you become such a flirt? Oh! I forgot to tell you. Must’ve slipped my mind, but I lied. You, Rose Tyler, are sleepin’ alone. Goodnight! [turns around to leave]
You influenced me... Wait. What? [Jumps off the bed and walks after him] Whats got your wand in a knot?
Nick...
I’m certain you’re the one pinin’ for a kiss now. [looks at the bed and shakes his head] Nope.
IF you're offering I'm accepting... [sits up, arms crossed] Oh? Why not? I though you wanted to cuddle? Or have you changed your mind?
Nick...
Oh, Rose. Flattery gets you everywhere. [winks and crosses his arms, arching his brows] That’s a lie if I’ve ever heard one. You enjoy bein’ treated like a princess, and you’re my princess, so things like that are included in the title.
Than I shall continue. [giggles a little] Well, every girl likes to be a princess once in a while, and it's even better when I have a prince like you. [pats the bed next to her]

Geburtstag Katastrophe || Nick & Rose
"Yeah, but it’s my job." Nick asserted, managing to get the words out before he cleared his throat, aiming to catch his breath. He found himself to be more in tune with romance than concupiscence. The sexual end of a relationship often mattered more to the female in the equation instead of him, although the score had been hastily evening with Rose as of late. Things morphed drastically for him after they acknowledged their growing love for one another, and he soon discovered that he desired to have her in every way. Of course, only if she’d like to have him as well. Should her response to the kiss be any indication, there were no qualms on her end.
He allowed her to be disentangled from him and vice versa. Not wishing to spoil the surprise, he gave her a subtle hint as to what it was. “The second surprise,” he began, “is somethin’ you’ve earned. At least, I think so.” She’d waited long enough to see Pete again. The brunette felt as if he was breaking a promise, keeping the Time Turner away from her. He did recall making a vow to venture back in time someday soon. To maintain the fairness in his oath, he hadn’t so much as looked at the minuscule golden orb since the incident, from which he’d gained a particularly irritating scar on his arm. The blemish was almost fully faded at this point, a feat he reckoned meant he owed thanks to his lucky stars.
"You can mentally obsess over what it is while you eat," he reiterated in a pleased manner, obviously mocking her because he knew something that she didn’t. Rarely did that occur in their relationship. Nick pulled out her chair for her and waited for her to sit down prior to sliding into his own seat. "This beautiful progeny of mine is what Muggles like to call Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and there’s, y’know, vegetables on the side ‘cause that’s how I was taught." He shrugged, failing to mention that the glass of wine cupped in his palm wasn’t a creation that sprouted from his own imagination, either.
His words mulled over Roses brain repetitively. She hadn't done anything to earn anything, not in her opinion. what could he mean, maybe he was taking her to see her mother, or maybe it was something different something less. The blonde kept thinking, her mind half excited half panicking, there was something there, something telling her this wouldn't end well, but it could just be nerves, she reasoned in her head, her eyes trailing from Nicks, she knew they were slightly glazed over in her thought progress but by straightening herself up, and putting on a soft smile she turned back to him.
"You are so mean!" she exclaimed playfully, in an attempt to bat her eyelids in a begging manner. He's often said she was an alright actor, but she hope for his sake the slightly doubt that was in her mind didn't show through her eyes. "How can you let me just obsess over something like that... Its my birthday!" She continued, although she was almost one hundred percent sure it was no use. She watched him pull out the chair, touching his hand in a thankful manner and then sitting down.
"Is that French or Italian , I was never very good with foreign foods. Well, at least where they came from." She all but blabbed, for some reason her mood had swung and it annoyed her, this was meant to be special she didn't want to ruin it for him, after all the effort he'd put into him. Although on the outside Rose appeared relaxed, her mind and her insides were squirming, screaming at her to realize what he had said without saying it, but she could not figure it out, no matter how much she tried. Continuing to put her best smile on she reached across the table, seeking comforting in his hand, with a slight squeeze she said softly. "I'm sure it'll be amazin' nevertheless."
