march story by Yang Kyung-il & Kim Hyang Min
guys, express to march how much of a bad idea it would be to explore hannibal's home.
The pirate was unbelievably perceptive and there was something about her face that simply made him assume correctly she was a girl. Her eyes, cheeks or maybe the tone of her voice; either way, he got it right.
“It is a pleasure to meet you too, March.”
Her next affirmation made him a little uncomfortable. How many people Hannibal had charmed with his gentle tone and good manners? Although he would refrain from telling others what made the Doctor a dangerous man, he would not let the man have his way with everything - he would do everything he could to ruin whatever plans he had.
“I see. I met the Doctor myself, though I can’t say we are friends.”
Quite the contrary. After burning down his apartment, Hannibal certainly hated the pirate. However, this was not the current topic for discussion. Now, he would delicately try convincing her that eating whatever he prepared was not a good idea.
“Even so, people have different customs from the places they came from. You shouldn’t risk yourself much trying others food. You might find something you would never eat otherwise.”
The young woman was positively glowing by this time, and more than willing to trust the captain. If he was able to see her as a young woman and not as a young man as most did, then he was probably worth listening to.
March tilted her head a bit as she listened to him, the doctor seemed nice enough, why would Hook find anything surrounding the doctor disagreeable, each to his own. She knew some people that would see his gentle attitude as a sign of weakness, but maybe it was something more to that, was there something she wasn't seeing? this made her a bit nervous, it wouldn't be the first time an enemy blindsided her.
"I see, well you can't be friends with everyone," she murmured "Well, I'd like to go and at least see this, I don't get to go to dinner parties too often," March smiled, maybe while she was there she would discover what was so wrong about hannibal, little did she know, that was a dangerous maneuver, what with her powers not quite at their fullest.
What he said was true, she was always happy to accept a meal as long as she knew where it came from, however the fact that she didn't know much about the doctor, put her a bit down peg. "Unless, you want to compensate for my missing dinner," she said looking over at the captain.
A little penguin encouragement to support you when you need some motivation. :D <3
“What was that about I heard about food?”
“There has been some discussion about my culinary skills.”
“Would you like to try some of my cooking for yourself?”
"Yes! I would love to!"
“Umm…Do I know you?”
“Forgive me, lass. Name’s Killian Jones. Though most call me simply Hook. For obvious reasons I suppose.”
He gestured to his hook while raising an eyebrow. Then, he stepped closer, lowering his tone of voice. “However, I do advise you of never accepting dinner from strangers. Especially in Hive City.”
if march could purr in delight at being noted as a girl, she probably would. "Hook, huh? well It's nice to meet you, I'm March," she said with a friendly nod.
"Oh, but the doctor isn't technically a stranger, see I met him when I first came to this city..." she sighed. "I'd never accept anything if I didn't know it where it was coming from."
” Enjoy us in that dinner we’ll have at Hannibal’s place. “
"Oh, Dr.Lecter is having a dinner party? UIhh, I don't really have anything fancy to wear...."
“What was that about I heard about food?”
"Umm...Do I know you?"
"What was that about I heard about food?"
"What...?" / CA OPEN
It was late night when the blonde woke up in that… New strange place. He glanced around, wondering the reason of being in that accommodation.
“ What the…”
He muttered as he rose from the bed, and only then noticed that there was a TV there. He probably should pay some attention on what the TV was showing, but he preferred just ignore it and finally jump out of bed; raising his hand to the back of his head and scratching lightly there.
“ Meh… I must be dreaming. “
Stretching himself, the blonde left the weird room just like that, becoming puzzled with the view of outside. Indeed that was amazing. He barely could imagine that this wasn’t a dream at all. Looking around, he was faced with huge buildings and constructions, getting really impressed with the things that the human mind could dream about. The man sighed and started walking around that beautiful and kinda strange streets, looking uninterested actually.
“ Must be late, I think that’s time to wake up.”
He talked to himself in a low tone, guiding his hand to his own face, giving himself a weak slap on the cheek, closing his eyes and waiting a moment, expecting to wake up in his own bed. He opened his eyes. Nothing was different.
” … “
All the sudden he felt his heart slow down. And if after all that wasn’t a dream? Then, what the fuck was just happening with him? Maybe he really should have paid attention on that weird guy talking on TV. Now the blonde was lost in the middle of a strange city, all by himself. Just him, his clothes, his not-so-brilliant mind and… They had neither the decency of letting the blonde with his cigarette pack.
” Well, this will be kinda complicated, I think. “
March was marveling the size of this city, and the people in it. Even after a month there, she was still amazed by the ever changing population, so many people to see and so many different personalities, she hadn't seen any trouble so far as that is what she was keeping an eye out for, or perhaps for that occasional lost citizen, Getting lost in this city was pretty easy, or at least she thought so. Not that she had a bad sense of direction, just that she found it easily disorientating in this place.
As she traveled this certain sector, She came across a man, just...standing there, she figured he was probably a new arrival, judging by the way he was standing said he was probably lost, or maybe he was a long time citizen, either way, he was kind of in the way, so she approached him without a single flinch of fear, she stood in front of him, her face somewhat smiling, but still as though she were dealing business.
"Excuse me, you're kind of in the way, are you lost?"
March asked in her neutral tone.
“It would make logical sense! After all, it is called kidnapping!”
Double D smiles at his own joke, then holds out a hand.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you! My name is Eddward! May I have your name?”
she paused for a moment then burst out laughing. "that's true,"
"Wow, you're funny," she remarked with a smile before taking his hand
"My name is March, nice to meet you,"
withtwods started following you
"they're kidnapping children now?"
"HAAAA, it's been a while, and there are so many new people!"
pure vexation; introduction & opening
Loud noises, laughter, sobs, screams, all filled the muggy air. It was all purely irritating to the swordsman. Cursing under his breath, he stomped all around the unknown area rather aimlessly; he simply did not wish to be there, but could not figure out how to leave exactly. Tense arms shoved anyone who dared to get in his way. His fuse had officially been set off.
Dark hues darted around his current environment, trying to make sense of it all. Kanda’s deductions led him to believe that he was in some sort of shopping area perhaps? There were many stores and merchants; it was definitely crowded enough to be a shopping center. However, things seemed a tad darker to him for some reason.
While trekking, the male was able to find some dirty looking stoop to sit on. Upon sitting a loud groan left his lips. This was nothing short of a horrible nightmare. From what he could recollect, he was being used as some sort of science experiment? Being demeaned in such away only left further traces of anger within the exorcist. However, he had absolutely had it once Mugen had been replaced with some cheap wooden sword. Granted, he was skilled enough to work with such a bootleg weapon, but how dare they take away his Mugen. All he knew was that he had to get it back in its normal state soon, or else someone would have to pay. Negative thoughts rushing into his mind, he slammed his fist against the concrete in fury, fists clenched as tight as possible.
Was this someone’s idea of a sick joke? The man had completely been relocated and apparently forced to live in such a wretched place; how could this be real at all?
Orbs fell upon the swordsman’s damaged fist, watching trails of crimson travel down his pale hand. Oh, great. Taking a deep breath, Kanda attempted to collect himself; however, it appeared as though infinite deep breaths would be unsuccessful in calming the man at this point in time.
The timing of this “experiment” couldn’t have been worse either; so much had been going on back at the Black Order and the male was on his way to becoming a general, which he had mixed feelings about anyway. He glanced back towards his hand, the progress of healing was acting terribly slow considering the fact that it was merely a minor injury. Sure, his healing abilities have been lacking as of late, but this was pretty ridiculous. “Those bastards,” he spat, eyes narrowed with wrath.
Focused on his hand, the swordsman’s distraction led him to realize an approaching figure once they had already come within approximately 6 feet of him. Rapidly rising to his feet and he drew that sorry replacement sword of his in case the stranger happened to be hostile. “What the hell do you want?” he fumed, keeping his sword in place.
March had been curiously exploring the shopping district, The noises at this point had become familiar to her, but she didn't often go to the shopping district much, her hood was pulled up, covering everything in a shadow. Not that she was trying to be unseen, just that she didn't exactly want the sun in her eyes either. As she was exploring, she noticed a figure, very different from the others, a very brooding figure. She thought that it would probably be a bad idea to cross him, he looked dangerous, so she decided to tail him, just in case he did any harm to the citizens, that's the last thing she wanted. She wasn't a part of the police or anything, but harming the innocent was not something she could stand by.
So for a bit, she just watched from a distance and slowly came closer, then he slammed his hand down and that led to it bleeding. She winced, but not out of any real sympathy. She deemed that he was not a danger and was probably just frustrated as she was over the whole thing. actually she wasn't going to approach him at all, but when he noticed her presence, the young woman just forced a smile and held her arms up. "Oh, nothing, really, I just noticed that you seemed pretty upset compared to everyone else, and I came to see if you needed anything," that and he could be a danger to everyone else. She pulled back her hood.
"If you need to find where to go, I think I can help you out," Her voice wasn't really chipper, it was as serious as one who was conducting business, despite the smile on her face.
"that's what happens when you make faces, you get stuck like that."
