Woke up feeling incredibly sick this morning. I was starting to feel it since Saturday, but of course instead of listening to my body I decided to push its limits by drinking wine, consuming dairy and doing cardio (AKA all the things that’ll make you sick faster) and now here I am. Waking up with a headache and sore throat. 😤 On the flip side, have any of you ever tried golden milk as a bedtime drink? I’ve been drinking it intermittently last week and it’s been giving me the best sleep ever! That’s exactly what I’m going to make right now to put my body to rest and get better. I hope you woke up feeling way more energized and inspired that I did, and if not, hopefully these #peonies will do it for you. 😉
