I feel so bad because I just started another fast but my dad bought my favorite chocolate and candy :((((

I don’t want to make him feel bad but I also really don’t want to eat :/

It’s 250 for both candy, I might have it & walk it off later but I’m really disgusted by food right now so we’ll see !

I won’t eat until Monday starting tomorrow & I’ll be doing lot’s of exercise :/

Currently breaking my 2 day fast :)

I did no food only water for 2 days & today I’ll do under 800cal + working out & walking<3

I also weighed in at 160lbs this morning! 4 pounds down from 2 days ago 🤗🤗

Almost 2 days into my fast! Proud of my self for today I only had 2 slices of gum + like 5 sips of a Costco smoothie :)

I’ve been drinking tons of water & not feeling super sick so tomorrow I’ll push through

maybe break my fast tmr if I want to, but I’m doing so good & I don’t want to ruin it xx

I NEED HELP!!!

My mom want to go to Costco right now to eat, but I’m in the middle of a fast so how do I tell her I’m not hungry w/o her questioning me??

I’m 1 day & 13 hours in I cannot stop !!

Drank 2 alani + a little bit of chia seeds so that’s only 45cal! + I burned 154cal on a walk :)

Proud of my self for today, ik tmr is going to feel like hell so I’m gonna drink TONS of water

& I want to extend to extend my fast to Friday! But I might eat an egg white or two to prevent headaches <33

also I weighed myself yesterday at 165lbs & now I’m 163lbs !!! I hope tmr it’ll be 160lbs xx

I tried drinking my water bottle with a tablespoon of chia seeds that I put in the fridge last night… I literally couldn’t finish it, I drank less than half :((

I’m not really sure why because I’ve drunk chia seed water so many times before but atleast it’s less cals LOL

I’m about 15 cals down today + 15 when I drink my alani & that’s all I’ll have today >:)))

I’m also planning on fasting until tmr night!!

I ate 800cals today & only burned 201cals <\3

tmr I’ll do better. I plan on only having my chia water + an alani !! & if I eat smth it’ll be a hard boiled egg w/o yolk :)
