Did the atmosphere of the room get darker or was it just him? “I look forwards to meeting the lady then.” he replied, searching though the fridge for something to eat. “Hm.. You don’t sound too excited. Woah, I haven’t had human food in a good thousand years.” Picking out something random from the fridge.

“I’m sure she’ll have a lot of choice things to say.” She mumbled,  looking away for a moment. She toyed with her hair, going distant as she moved purple strands between her fingers. Shaking her head as if clearing her thoughts, she sighed. “Fine. I’m just fine. Just had something on my mind.” She shrugged, looking at where he stood. “Well then don’t start with that. Ew.” She mumbled, setting her fruit down after a moment. “Hang on....I’ll get you something that’s actually worth eating.”
