i have this really weird rule where i have to put hot sauce on pretty much everthing. idk im like convinced it will boost my metabolism or something. it has no calories so i DOUSE that shit. ive been doing this for so long its actually starting to fuck with my body. im most definitely going to get stomach ulcers IF i dont already have them. this is s o stupid

does anyone else hallucinate bugs and mold on your food?? like its PROBABLY just my psychosis but maybe? my brain just sees food as so scary that its making me see shit. i also have a really hard time perceiving taste. like sometimes food thats perfectly fine will taste absolutely rotten or even have a metallic or chemically taste. idk this ed shit has really messed me up
