okay hi i just realized the key to losing weight is self control so i just need to stop eating. thats so easy wow

looking at urself and going wow im like kinda skinny then looking to ur right and its a girl with ur exact dream build and suddenly ur not so confident anymore and now u can feel ur arms pressing against ur sides and they feel too fat and u can feel the weight of ur legs and ur gut pulling u down. ur double chin feels so much more prominent. all of that and to think like two seconds ago i was almost happy with myself.

The thing is I have already grown out the age where getting an €d is "aesthetic" and all, I spent those years eating my feelings, no one cared, and now that I'm almost an adult no one will care either.

No one can force me to get hospitalized, I can't do low res because I can't bed rot all day, yadda yadda.

It's nice to know I'm going to be able to indulge in disordered habits when I grow, reach actual low weights, not be worried about hiding my irregular period, eating habits etc...but it's sad to think how there's a chance I'll feel like this forever and that I was never sick enough for others in my family to notice and do something about (logically I know I'm sick but still it's like not that big of a deal)

hi edblr heres my monthly post LOL i havent rlly been on in a while ive been super busy and my eating has been really up and down. i stopped counting calories ever and i just eat what i want at this point but everytime my weight gets to like 128-129 my ed kicks in bad and i stop eating then go back down to like 123-125 and rn im at 123 and i think it will go down to 120 this time bc i dont think ill be eating that much this week i havent rlly been feeling great but life has been better! i honestly look at myself and wonder how i was ever 160 lbs truly it shocks me idk why
