Wolf worked for the agency for a short period before Midas started the Doomsday device , and when he did he immediately changed to Shadow , of course he wasn't trusted immediately. He had been working for Ghost...

They did inform him what Midas had done , stealing Oros powers and trying to control the storm. He was sent out to go extract Oro from The Shark , of course taking out some henchmen along the way.

He and a few others were sent in to help clean up the mess Renegade Shadow made at the agency. I'm just going on the Canon story and that one loading screen.

"And by proper meal you mean?" Skye grumbled.

Midas rolled his eyes, “I mean not just a cold pack of pepperoni slices with an energy drink. Actual food. Maybe some proper meat, something.”

"Well... I have to do what I have to do, I can't sit down to enjoy some prawn cocktails, I'm running a prison here."

“I didn’t send you here to overwork you or keep you from taking care of yourself...I’m sure the henchmen can handle the area for a few minutes, agent. Come join me for lunch?” Midas offered, feeling a bit guilty after Skye’s remark.

Renegade shadow approached the Agency, seeing that it was heavily guarded. He entered the phone box to put on his disguise...

There’s no reason I couldn’t have them end you right now...” he held a hand up to his earpiece, ready to call for his agents at a moments notice. // - glitteringagency

“Hmmm, yes I am, And since you took my old team, I will be looking forward to be seeing your henchmen, Speakin’ of it I’m here...Good luck finding me.” -Renegade Shadow

Midas is about to respond to the rogue agent, when he gets an incoming comm link. It’s agent Skye.

“Boss? Someone’s comin’ to the shark. We’ll be ready but I suggest you have all the others reinforce, he’s got a lot of strength for being one guy. Ollie and I will guard the shark with all we got- he won’t get to the vault. And he doesn’t know who we’re holding here— I’d like to keep it that way.”

“Aww, Midas has a heart, But yet, Why don’t you tell her of your storm toy?... Also it seems like I have already infiltrated the area... I can’t wait to eliminate, Skye, then retreat to eliminate Midas.” “Nice talk. Bye.” - He said through the mic then broke the transmitter so they wouldn’t find him.

“Storm toy..? Boss what’s he—“ the connection fritzes and cuts out, causing Midas to curse under his breath.

“You should stay away from her, for your own good. You’ll never get the chance to get to me, she’ll capture you. We’re not afraid of you—“ he growled as it cut off, “Henchmen! Guard the Agency, I’ll be back.” He locked his office and made his way to a helicopter.

“I made it to the shark, I’m coming for you Skye then Midas…”
