Do you still like Bey? would you ever write fanfics about her?

No, I was never interested in her like that. I think she’s a great performer and I like her music. But I’ve never been interested in her personal life or what she’s like in private.

I'm biased because I find him cute and not hot so I wouldn't be inspired to write about him and Gaga but i think they have a good sex life

I never really cared about her partner being hot when writing because it was about describing Gaga and the things I loved about her. Regarding her partners it was more about how interesting they were to me.

I wonder if her talking about how much she loves Michael all the time turned you off, made her look "soft" or whatever...

No, I started detaching myself before he was constantly brought up. Wouldn’t it have worked the other way around though? Creating settings for loads of moments.

She’s a great performer and entertainer, but personality wise she’s no longer reeling me in. I obviously watched her Coachella set but I don’t feel anything like wow she’s hot or so, so I really don’t know what she’s gonna do to spark that again. 🫤

In other times I would be asking you to write Gaga x Gesaffelstein or Gaga x Tosh the drummer (a guy 15 years younger than her that would be lowkey fun ngl), too bad it's not happening but it's ok i respect your decision

I can see that. Would take a lot of time trying to “get to know” them now that I’m completely out of her loop. In retrospect I honestly don’t understand how I found the time looking up all her fictional partners to make it a realistic-ish imagination.

Why are you going if you didn’t like the album?

She’s an excellent performer and music live is always a different experience. + As I said I have hardly listened to it so I can’t judge it based on a few listens. I went to her jazz concerts without listening to a single song.

Can I ask why you lost interest in Gaga? Why don’t you find her interesting anymore? I’m just curious cause as a huge fan I can’t imagine not liking her anymore one day.

It was by choice. I decided I didn’t want to spend so much time on her anymore so I stopped looking and eventually I forgot. I don’t feel any FOMO anymore.

I’m sure there’s more to take in if I get around to listening to it. But the ballads are a lost cause since I’m not really into slow songs 😶.

Did you listen to mayhem? Do you have a favorite? What’s your op about it?

Listened 2-3 times on release day but never in full. Not really enough for anything to stand out. Apart from the singles and a few others, a lot of the songs sound like The Fame demos – and very sugary pop – to me.

From those listens I’d say I recall Vanish and Lovedrug the most apart from Disease and Abra.

Immediate skips: Blade of grass, How bad, Beast and Die with a smile.

Obviously those limited plays aren’t enough to make a fair judgement of the whole album. I also haven’t heard the two (?) bonus tracks so no idea what they’re like.

Did you like Disease and Abracadabra?

I’ve honestly barely heard Abracadabra, but out of the two I think I prefer Disease.

Oh no really? 😟 That makes me sad cause you were such a huge fan! This era has been amazing so far too I think it’ll be her best album since Born This Way. But we understand you moved on 😔

I just listen if I happen to like what she puts out, so it’s not like she goes over my head. She’s been part of my life way too long for that. But I’m no longer attracted to her or haven’t found her interesting the last couple of years which basically is the foundation of me being able to write about her. The last bit I’d say is crucial. Not watching her or following her means I’m free of her, which feels great, but it means I can’t visualize her mind = no stories.
