Why hello there, long time no see but it's finally a #flyingday a lot has happened to me the last handful of months leaving me job and getting a new one which enables me to #worktravel so here's to a some #newadventures and fulfilling some goals of mine. Can you imagine that my @timbuk2 jet pack has been with me with me since 2017 and I'm still shocked by how it still manages to take all the toughness of travel with how often I fly. A #canele is one of the more advanced #frenchpastry made. A strong honey and beeswax crust containing a fluffy, creamy custard it's no wonder why these are difficult to make but @recette.chicago has taken the challenge and even added multiple flavors. I took them home and immediate needed to see the gorgeous #crosssection of the peach and lavender! Nothing can prepare you when the server mentions the words "always medium rare prime rib with a side of 50/50 mashed potatoes". In the basement of the @roisterchicago you're transported to a small stage where meals are big and setting is intimate. A true feeling of old school #midwestern #supperclub dining. You may be wondering at the lack of food pictures, it was mostly cause of this: A few days of cooking in the @airbnb , eating the occasional #potnoodle and generally not eating out too much allowed me to finally enjoy an absolutely #delicious #sundayroast whoever taught #british people this is normal is a Lord by now Especially at @hawksmoorrestaurants where it's made with a delicious gravy of bone marrow and onions.
