EZRA: what, and i mean this with my whole heart, The Fuck
EZRA: but anyways . bad idea
EZRA: if time travel was possible we'd know it already ? bc if someone in the future discovered how 2 do it then they definitely would've banked off of it
EZRA: and we'd have mass amounts of people from the future sight seeing events from now and spilling shit 2 mass media
ROWAN: i didn't say time travel, ezra
ROWAN: i said time control
ROWAN: time travel and time control are COMPLETELY different
ROWAN: now rate how bad of an idea it is from 1 to 10
— song mingi. he/him. cis male. | was that rowan bang i just saw in the hideaway lobby? i hear the nineteen year old spends most of his time studying sports psychology, but i’ve always just seen him playing pick-up basketball. he lives in 1B and i often see him in the halls. he always gives me a vibe of sore muscles, memories of better days, red solo cups filled with alcohol.
♡ if you want to plot; more about the mun and rowan under the cut!
hi, it’s hannah again, i’m still a twenty-one year old DUMBASS in the pacific timezone and also i’m STILL super duper excited to be here. here’s a little about my sad kid, rowan!
if you had told rowan 2 years ago about what his future held, he would’ve laughed
in high school, rowan was a varsity basketball player who seemed destined for greatness-- scouts sought him out to try and have him play basketball for their colleges
but in his senior year, while in the process of choosing which college to sign a letter of intent for, he suffered a torn acl in a game, and while in the process of recovering, discovered he had degenerative knees from years of playing
basically, he would never be able to play comfortably ever again
colleges stopped contacting him and although he was accepted into good schools thanks to his grades, he knew he was never going to achieve greatness as a basketball player and his heart was absolutely broken
since then he’s gotten more and more unpredictable-- there are times where he feels unstoppable and powerful and happy... and then there are times where he throws himself a pity party
regardless of what he’s feeling, he’s always down to drink too much and party too hard and put all of his emotions in the backseat and just let pure impulsiveness reign
but overall, he’s still sad-- he’s learned to act normal and learned to how to function, but you can still find him at 3am on an empty court taking free throws
he thought basketball was his purpose in life and now he isn’t quite what to do now that that has been taken from him
some vague wanted connections: a best friend, a confidant, a friend with benefits and maybe feelings, an old fling that is now super awkward because they still see each other around the complex
