(moonxvee) Selene was getting sick of trying to be patient. Her usual tactics of conning and stealing things from under people's noses wasn't working, and she hadn't eaten in days. Eventually, she just finally snapped, running full force towards the Meowth as she kicked up dirt around her in an attempt to blind him. She was hoping to take whatever he had, by force if she had to, if only for the slim chance that it was something remotely edible.

[🐾] Of course he knew that the Eevee was there. He spotted her long ago. Was he about to give what he thought to be a wild Pokemon his meal so easily? Not a chance. He hardly ever had something this food to eat and he wasn’t about to let that go. Before he knew it, the little fox was rushing towards him at break-neck speed. It seemed like she wasn’t about to give up neither. He could respect that. Still, he wasn’t going to let her run off with his hard earned dinner.

Unfortunately for him, he had to shield his eyes from the dirt she kicked up. Which gave her the chance to snag the food and make a run for it. Meowth wasn’t about to let that slide however.

“Get back here with my food, ya thief!”

Now was her chance! Barreling towards him, she grabbed the food from his paws, turning back to face him as she heard him call out to her. She hadn’t felt a rush like this in a long time. If she needed to fight so that she could survive, then so be it. Her corruption was beginning to take her over, stopping only at the shackles placed there by the Alpha Pokemon. It brought out her aggression and rage.

“Fat chance! I’ll do what it takes to survive by any means necessary!”

[🐾] The cat pelted after the fox. He was going to get his food back if he had anything to say about it and he did. He noticed right away the odd coloring that the Eevee had. She was different than a normal one or even a rare shiny Pokemon. But that was beside the point. She was trying to make off with his meal and that couldn’t happen.

“And same goes for me! Yer takin’ the only decent meal I’ll have for days! So fork it over!”

[🐾] “If they are, ya shouldn’t be watchin’.” Meowth cast the gray-face a side-way glare. He knew that the two had feelings for each other. It was very obvious, but he never said a word about it to them. He’d let the two of them work it out and it seemed to have paid off. If what the mysterious being said was true, then he was happy for them. “Mind yer own business.”

[🐾] Despite being a Pokemon, Meowth wasn’t much of a battler. Sure he’d jump in every now and then to take part in one or two, but if he could help it, he’d much rather stay off to the sidelines with Jessie and James.

Alas, this time that wasn’t going to fly for the cat. Try as he might, he had no choice but to take part in the battle. Because his lack of battling, he was often under leveled, and would be defeated quite easily.

Such was the case now. He was already heavily injured and one more attack would do him in. His breath came out in heavy gasps. Before things could get any worse however, a shadow fell over him, and he braced himself for what was to come.

However, he heard an all too familiar voice snapping back at the other and when Meowth looked up again, he saw James standing in front of him, wishing to protect him from further harm.

“What do ya think yer doin’? You’re gonna get yourself hurt...”

I’ve been so insecure about how I could portray him. But seeing you and @makedbl around, I finally decided to test out the waters and create this blog. If it weren’t for the two of you, I probably would have never made this blog.
