Happy New Year, everyone! Blimey, can’t b’lief it’s 2020 already! I hope ye all had an absolutely amazin’ tumble inte the new decade. And I didn’t mean shaggin’, though I bet a lot of ye had that, too. I just had te say how excited I am that Doctor Who is returnin’ tonight and if anyone isn’t too hungover and in the mood for some relaxin’ on me sofa with sandwiches, yer all very welcome te join and we could have a viewin’ party. I haven’t seen the finished episodes meself yet and would love te know what everyone’s thinkin’. 

I can’t believe it either. I know you didn’t mean that...not that I had any of that anyway. I was in London for New Years because my son was hosting the BBC New Years show. But I did get the chance to watch the show before my flight back.

With the year coming to an end, I think one of the main takeaways most of us got was that 2019 was not the best year for us all? That being said doesn’t every year throw something at us?

You are right about that. I think every year always throws something at us. I can’t say 2019 has been the worst year. I have had worse.

Leaving it and coming back to it really helped me get it finished but, in the end, I finally set a deadline after my kid asking me when it was going to be done.

I think I would leave it and then completely forget about it. But as I said, I wouldn’t have the patience. How are you?

It’s been a damn few years in the making but, I feel hella accomplished and proud of myself for finishing the blanket I promised I’d make my kid. Too bad she’s already graduated college.

Not that I can actually do that, but I don’t think I would have the patience to sit down and do that.

Our other child, the dog just stole the cork from the wine bottle and is currently chasing it around the house. Do I take it off of her or just let her be and finish the bottle? Asking for a friend.

I would take it off her. You don’t want her choking on it. That would be the last thing you want.

“Well, I am from the UK. So whatever it is like there, its probably warmer than the UK.“ He laughed. “Am I new here? Yes. I moved here...in the past week. So I haven’t been here long at all.“ Martin told her. “When did you move here?”

I am great, thank you. I am in town now. I am up for meeting up. I don’t drink though, but that isn’t going to stop me.

Well, I somehow managed to convince him. I am not sure how, but thankfully he agreed. I am settling in pretty well, thank you.

Thats okay. I hope she is feeling better now. He is still going strong. Still in there. I think Sunday is the final. So he just needs to get past todays vote off and he will be in the last three.

I am a celebrity is such a guilty pleasure to watch but god I could never be on there, thats intense. How is he doing so far? I haven’t seen the new season at all so far.

He is doing well in there. People have started to get voted out but he is still there. Fingers crossed he will win.

“Yes. I have been to California. But I can’t say I have been at this time of year.“ He said. Martin listened to her. “I am sure that is the secret to it.“ He laughed. “Well, great to meet you, Hailee, and you, Ireland.“ He said as he shook her hand.
