I'm an artist and writer. I mostly make art of my interests such as FNAF, DSAF, Dialtown, etc. I'm still a regular ol' student, attending school and whatnot. I prefer not to specify my age and grade, just don't act weirdly around me and we'll be pretty chill.

I'm a bicycle ( bisexual ), trans-masc. Contrary to popular belief, I'm not american. I'm asian, Singaporeon. I understand a bit of Chinese / Mandarin though i'm not super good at it. ( 你好! )

I'm also a character irl / kin. I often percieve myself as fictional characters, but I'm able to differenciate between myself and said characters. I mainly do so for comfort and to help with disphoria. And as much as i'd like to say it's just a silly lil' thing I do by choice, i'm starting to think it isn't. <- joke

Random question but did you take inspiration from Dayshift at Freddys? The humor in ucft really reminds me of it (especially Ferdinand)

Timeline has always been more of a tiptoe around Dayshift than anything. DSaF was one of my favorite fangames back in the day, and I doubt I would've had nearly as much of an inkling to make timeline had it not existed, but I've always been pretty adamant about making sure I don't cross contaminate DSaF with UCFT because otherwise I'd just be stuck in an older parody's shadow forever.

Ferdinand is a weird case where I don't remember exactly what my thought process was when making him (Objective and True was over 5 years ago now...) My best guess is I thought the visual of the Real Fredbear was funny so I used it for my own spin (which Ferdinand is specifically a play on the whole Illusion Disc concept from the Silver Eyes trilogy)

One thing I DO distinctly remember from making An Objective & True FNaF Timeline is that I VERY nearly used the Wise Guy TTS voice for William just because Dave's voice is such popular shorthand for "funny purple guy". I decided against it cus it seemed funnier to me for William to actually sound like he does in the mainline games... I'm *very* glad I did that.

I have... a lot of complicated thoughts about this topic, honestly, but it's more of a spaghetti mess in my mind than something I can succinctly answer in a tumblr ask. I haven't played DSaF in years, either, so I don't know how much of its spirit I actually absorbed or if most comparisons to it and UCFT are superficial.

It doesn't really matter that much, but its looming presence feels a bit suffocating sometimes...

Hopefully this suffices for an answer, it's a bit rambly but I can't explain this much easier
