Blake nodded. “Okay,” then awkwardly added, “I’m pretty tired so just sleeping… Nothing else.” She climbed into bed.

Blake didn’t answer, she just locked the door and went back to reading. She was starting to get angry about the whole thing. If he was so worried, they shouldn’t be engaged like that in the first place.

Roy closed his eyes as he approached the airship docking area. It was weird. He knew he loved her but there was something wrong. He thought for awhile then realized what it was. He didn’t want to lose her. Every one he had ever gotten close to died.

Blake had decided to go back to sleep, as in the past few days she hadn’t gotten much. She slept through most of the day, until it was already time for dinner. She ate quietly in the dorm, not really wanting to socialize.

Roys feet thumped as he walked down the hall to his room. He had gotten into a fight while he was out and…well he lost. He had some blood dripping from the corner of his mouth, He held his hand to the side of his stomach, and lost most of his money.

Blake heard strange noises from the hallway at night again. She pulled on a sweater and some shorts and stepped out to see Roy injured. She ran over to him, cupping his face, “Nononono, Roy what happened? Oh my God you need stitches let me help you,” she rambled, helping him back to his dorm.

He had no sign of physical damage on his fists, almost like he didn’t fight back. “I-im fine…blake” he wiped the blood off his face
