After a one day break, I am back at the gym. My football team won this weekend and I found 5 dollars so I could purchase sponges for my apartment. Things have been looking up for me.
What hasn’t been working is the scale. Yes, my meals haven’t been perfect but they haven’t been crazy either. I’m not sure why I haven’t seen any progress in two weeks and I’m worried.
Maybe it’s time to right size and check my MyFitnessPal. For the next week I will log everything and see where I land. Maybe there’s more calories than I realize which will be brutal because I’m already hungry. The good thing is, the workouts are pretty consistent. I don’t go more than one day without a good workout, so now, it’s time to focus on food.
