This is gonna be my only contribution to Royed wedding week because I gotta work and it makes me tired and this piece which was initially just gonna be a sketchy lil thing took 7 hours because I’m a perfectionist and I regret trying to do backgrounds every time 🤡

This is actually a heaps timely prompt because I’m getting married in 5 months and my fiancée has been struggling to choose suit colours.

So this has been a fun research into my fav wedding suit colour schemes that I know he will never wear - so I force my fav fma boys to wear them instead ofc 🤵‍♂️🤵‍♂️

My favorite version of royed is when their relationship started in a very gross and dubious way from an outsider's perspective with Ed being a minor and Roy being his superior officer but their actual relationship is almost weirdly healthy.

Like they're happy. They communicate. They're equals in their relationship. They know each other's goals and not only respect them but also help accomplish them. Roy ensures that Ed has an open path for all the research and work he wants to do and Ed plays his role as the most powerful piece on the board in Roy's bid for the presidency. They cook together and have adopted cats and backyard chickens and their house is like 80% books. They read together quietly with Ed's legs in Roy's lap and Roy absentmindedly rubbing around Ed's port to soothe the ache.
