❤ I’m rud, a cis woman and i’m 30… so yeah, i’ve been playing this for a while haha. i’ve never really been the type to post anything online, but i guess this is a new phase — everything feels new to me.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤEnglish is not my first language.
Hi, sweetheart… how are you? i’m not popular or anything, but people often ask how i edit my pictures or what reshade i use to get that look… so i decided to help a little and share some of it.
i still have a lot to learn, so if you ever want to leave tips or advice, they’re always very welcome ♡
the reshade i’m currently using is by the lovely and perfect @virsancte — it’s called the wild pale yonder, and it really does work magic. but besides that, i also use a few other things like:
— relight (to add more light or shadows to my photos) — “twinkle toes” by softerhaze (i don’t use sunblind anymore — i used to a lot and it also makes the game look beautiful) — out of the dark — even better in-game lighting — shadow for days — graphics rules override — clouds
but keep in mind, i also tweak my reshade a lot when it comes to photos. sometimes the lighting or angle doesn’t match the preset, so it’s always good to adjust things in your own way and find what feels right to you.
for editing, i use photoshop — i love adding grain, textures, and adjusting brightness there. it’s also really important to set your reshade/gshade to save screenshots directly through the program, and always in PNG format.
i hope this helped you somehow… and i hope i didn’t forget anything, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask ♡
kisses, and have an amazing day.
