Hi there! The specific light filter you're probably seeing is from regular relight, and I like to give my sims kind of a white outline to help them stand out a little more, so for that I usually use immerse ultimate relight

Hi! The blinds are from GUA and the lights, well it depends on what you're referring to bc I used a lot lol! The paper lights in Blue's bedroom are from here, and the lights hanging in the kitchen are from Parenthood
