A free santa costume and running around a park with 2,000 people, hell yes! Booked for December; stocking up on thermals, bring it on!

Greenwich Park 10K

It's been a few months since a proper run. A 10k run around a park to practise for the Bupa 10,000 next year. Practising 3 times a week and swimming and yoga. Should help me keep fit!

Tower of London British Heart Foundation 10K

A tough run but we got to run around the Tower of London! A great day and people of all running levels took part. I would recommend training as we walked for one whole lap just to catch our breath! Free running chips and water.

Fun Run Crystal Palace 5k

Such a fun run, hence the name.. Many people were dressed up in onesies and such. Unfortunately it rained at the end, but I would definitely do it again!

Cancer Research Pretty Muddy 5k

This was quite tough because it was a 5k with assault courses dotted around, but it was so much fun. My friend had to watch, because he was a guy, so I had to do it alone, but I am planning to do it again with lots of friends, and maybe sneak the guys in :P

Everyone was covered in mud and a giant slide awaited at the end of the race.
